Broke my phone the night before I came in and ordered a new one online. There were complications picking up the phone since my name wasn’t on the account- but wow the employees here were great! After a long and misunderstanding call with customer service (to which the operator had no idea what they were doing) the two employees took it upon themselves to help me get my phone swiftly and with ease. They understood I had to get to work and helped me set up my phone as fast as possible. Super friendly, helpful, and true life savers!! I definitely recommend coming here if you want excellent customer service.
Ben the store manager waited on me. All I needed was a new screen protector. He went out of his way to put it on my phone and make sure it was perfect. I dont normally write reviews but in the 10 + years as an att customer that was the best coostmer service Ive ever received
Went to 2 other AT&T stores to get the new PrePaid data only offer, one in Ma and other in CT. They had no clue. Came to this store and worked with Tedd and walked out a happy camper with in 15 minutes. It’s awesome to work with someone who knows the business! Thank you Tedd! 😀
Tedd was very knowledgeable and helpful. My phone had some issues downloading the thousands of pictures and he spent almost three hours helping me figure everything out so I could leave with a new phone! The staff was very friendly and I was greeted immediately upon entering. I felt very safe with the COVID safety precautions they put in place and I am excited to be an AT&T customer now!
I had a wonderful experience at the Somersworth N.h. AT&T Store yesterday. I needed a new phone and Sales rep Tedd Hadley assisted me, and he did a marvelous job. Ive been an AT&T customer for 7 years, gone through multiple in store upgrade experiences, and this was far and away the best ever. Tedd was extremely knowledgeable, personable,and professional. he went the extra mile to help me and smiled the whole way through, being very patient with my endless questions and I know he was sincerely looking out for my best interests and helped.me pick out the best phone for me. I had to get phone set up and Taylor waited on me. She was great. Ive been 5 weeks trying to do it myself with no luck. She was so patient and helpful. I went in frowning and came out with a big smile. I couldnt thank her enough, I was so grateful. Im elderly n not too tech savvy. She was very knowledgeable. A true asset for the company. James and Jim were so helpful for me and my husband coming in to upgrade our phones. They got us set up with first net account since we are both first responders! They were super patient with us and made sure all our questions were answered! Definitely recommend coming to the AT&T in Somersworth!
Rick Black gave excellent service! He walked me through the purchase of a new iPhone 12 and explained clearly and patiently the costs involved and the benefits. After purchasing the new phone I returned hone with clear instructions to switch data to new phone. Later that evening I received an estimate bill from AT&T which doubled my monthly costs which was most upsetting. I returned to the store to return my old phone and Rick, again, explained the actual costs and reassured me that the email was an estimate and restated the monthly costs moving forward. It’s a pleasure dealing with someone who is competent and kind!!
Amazing customer service from this location especially from Ben! We went into the store to switch phone companies from Boost to AT&T and tried to keep our numbers however Boost was an absolute nightmare for customer service. I need my account number to port them over, well 4 phone calls with disconnections, being out on hold for a different dept and just getting the run around completely by Boost. The entire time Ben and James were amazing, very helpful and jumped thru hoops for us! Thank you so much, I will definitely be sending customers your way!!!

Tedd was incredibly helpful and worked with me after I had made an error during activation. When there were some issues on the AT&T side he came up with a convenient time for me to return to finish the process. He then put on my new screen protector and case and found me my best deals for accessories.
I have never had a store work so hard to help me. I’ve been to ATT stores in different parts of the country and the Somersworth is hands down the best! Everyone is very nice and helpful and work together as a great team. Rick Black was such a huge help today when I was trying to add a device to my line and I was running into issues. We went in to add two lines and upgrade our current plan. James (Jim) was extremely patient and helpful when our order turned complicated as we tried to port two phone numbers from a competitor which caused Jim to have to use special methods to complete our order. He was kind and friendly in spite of the frustrations with our order and persevered until the job was complete--even working beyond his scheduled end of shift. Five star service!
Ive been an AT&T wireless customer for eons now... I am one of those people who would rather drive some distance to be able to interact with a human and have my issues resolved right there and then. The rep (think her name was Taylor) was friendly and patient with me and my multiple issues. Not only did she take care of all of my requests, after we were done, she took a look at my 4-line account to see if there was anything she could optimize...In this day and age... to have such a customer-centric approach to support and service... In my experience, its rare.Thanks to reps like Taylor, I will continue to be a happy AT&T customer!
Stopped in the other day to see if one of my lines was eligible for an upgrade. A young lady, Taylor I believe, helped me out and was a pleasure to work with. This is a very strange time to go out shopping and it was nice to see they had taken precautions to protect me and themselves. Everything felt clean and safe. My daughters phone was acting funky, went to figure it out and, Rick helped us out and taught us a few things. We weren’t able to fix the actual problem bc I’m assuming the phone needs a visit to the Apple store. But I wanted to say TY to him for his help. He’s very knowledgeable about iPhones and the normal everyday stuff you don’t think about with the iOS programs.

I give a rating of 2 stars. The staff that assisted us Ben was extremely friendly and very helpful. The manager was very kind and friendly as well. There was an older sales associate who was nothing but rude. I get it during this pandemic we need to be cautious but he was upset and complained his concerns about us IN FRONT of us for touching phones we were thinking about buying. We spent a huge amount of money on 2 new phones and dont think we should have been treated in a rude manner for looking at them. He also decided not to help Ben who was having trouble with the system. Which made our complete time of being there almost 2 and a half hours. He was yawning, complaining, dragging his arms and over all extremely unprofessional and should not have been there.

My husband and I set up a business account through at&t and we found Corey and Ted extremely helpful. After a thorough discussion of the business plan, they did not pressure me to make a decision right then and there; when I decided to make the switch they made it easy to get thru the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. Corey also was very understanding and respectful of my work schedule and we were able to talk on the phone as needed, in between my appointments, and was very accommodating when I had to leave in the middle of paperwork to go back to work. They did not make me feel like any of these interruptions were an inconvenience ( which I am sure it was!) and they were happy to “ pause” the process until I was able to come back. It has been a pleasure working with them!

The store manager Corey was awesome! I have been a AT&T customer for many years and it is the professional service I got today is one of the reasons I have stayed with AT&T. I thought that the my phone was going to have to be replaced. Corey took the time (which was quite awhile) and figured out the problem. Corey is an A+ employee!

I desperately needed help setting up my replacement I phone as I couldn’t get my data transferred myself . The phone assistant wasn’t available so I showed up unannounced at the ATT store in Somersworth NH and Jim took a lot of time helping me complete the process . Horrible customer service, as I was asking questions about a peace that cost almost $250.00 which I paid at once, the people there acted like they didn’t care and tried to run away from me, not helpful at all, did anyone coach them on customer service??? Very upsetting to say the least, It was me and one more person so they were not even busy.... what was all that about? Do I need to be white ??

Accidentally dropped and broke my phone over the weekend Ive been an AT&T customer since 2002 and ask them what kind of deal they can give me to replace my phone and they said nothing it is what it is
This is horrible store I ever had experience with. They lies and tell you all kind of promotions until they get your wireless service transfer to them. But when you come back and ask the about their promotions which they said and promised to you, they will said neither they don’t know or you are not qualify for that promotion.If you decide to trust them, you better get documentation for all their promises and promotions. Or stay away from this store.
The representative was more interested in selling us a new phone than supporting us with our issue. She was condescending, leading me to decide to leave AT&T when my contract expires. I have been with them since my first cell phone, and this is the straw that broke the camel’s back.
In a way its a industrial version of a wireless puppy mill. Very helpful in getting my daughter an iPhone. I cant help her tastes. Merica!

Rick was nice & explained everything. I didnt have much hope on AT&Ts network & I tried the Internet Speed Test. The results speak for themselves. There is poor spotty network in the Greater Dover Area. My other 2 options were T-Mobile (even more poor network so its a No) & Verizon. My phone is a GSM so it wont work on Verizons network.
I had a wonderful experience with AT&T in Dover I had a girl her name is Courtney and she should get a raise shes that good are you should give her one immediately shes an excellent worker and she did everything that I asked and she took care of me very excellently it was a wonderful experience coming to your store thats one of the reasons why I got my new Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and the TV service and she was the reason why I joined AT&T
Best at&t store on the planet. I refuse to use any other at&t retailer. The staff is second to none, you go with a problem they do everything they can to fix it. And they stand by thier products.

They do not cover some warranties on accessories at store. Also bought apple watch and big mix up with phone #s given to watch. Almost lost big contract and have been missing police related calls. Have been paying for 5 months for a service not rendered and AT&T is not any help. Very Dissatisfied !!!!!!!
Security alarm kept going off at iphone desk while I was there. Took employees awhile to find keys. Alarm went off three more times. It was hilarious. I only come here when my phone breaks so rating this place is weird. Employees are always pleasant and ive never had any problems. If you drive to this location from the highway youll have to drive past it and do a U-turn which is lame but what else can you do
They will throttle your data and when they get sued they will place the bill on you. Dont not come to this junk company for cell phone service.

Long wait and they dont really care about negotiating. I tried to make a deal with a phone and DirecTV bundle but they didnt want to talk so I walked and have tmobile and Atlantic Broadband for about $150 less a month.
Having previously held the job of a secret shopper, there are a few things customers look for when entering any business. Customer engagement, quality of service,etc... Today I walked in to the ATT store in somersworth NH. Lately my brand new Samsung phone has been glitching and doesnt allow me to make phone calls. So like a consumer, I went to the store to help me resolve the issue. I walked around the small store for over 20 minutes. There were 3 sales associates and not a single engagement. Not a hello. Not a we will be with you in a second. Not even eye contact. So after 20 minutes I walked back out of the store and it was as if I never went in on the first place. This is a customer driven business ladies and gents. You should all be fired.

They seem to care more about the customer than Verizon. I had Verizon for 8 years and when I asked the for an existing customer, they told me that since I was a Verizon client, there was no discounts at all for you, I got told, so AT&T welcomed me with open arms.

Absolute WORST phone company!!!!!! Nothing but problems with them. They play games with you and every time they make you think youve gotten somewhere they always come back with another issue. They are horrible as far as taking care of any issues you have! Look into any other carrier!
