Junior made a swan out of my grey duckling... maybe the wrong metaphor... its more of a grunting workhorse actually. Anyway, its a pretty pony now, after years of boat hauling scuffs and dents are gone. But the main thing was the gate, it caved in after I was rear ended. Check out the before and after photos. When I went to pick it up it looked so nice and shiny, I was surprised that it needed a good push to fully latch, expecting it to just fall into place with a click. But Junior reminded me that I dont drive a fridge, even though it might look like one from a distance. Hes got that right! Wish I was so chill all the time. Junior is above all a good listener, many in these crazy times dont care to. Obrigado senhor!

Junior really is a rock star when it comes to fixing vehicles. He was referred to me by my mechanic who works next door whom I trust and respect. Junior took a car that was basically totalled and fixed every little thing. It was my Moms car, so I wanted to keep it and the insurance would not pay the full amount to fix since it was not worth it. He understood that and way undercharged me to make it feasible for me. Years later, I still use the car and looks as good as new! As for parking tickets, I did get a couple as well, but mentioned it to him and asked to split the cost, but he insisted to pay for the whole thing. He certainly isnt making money from parking tickets and he works hard and charges a very fair price. Ive referred others to him since then and they are happy.

Initially I thought he did a pretty good job even though it took 2 weeks. Then realized later that the paint color didnt match and he must have parked the car on the street because I received 2 parking violations after the fact so there was an additional fee to them.

After shopping around for days to find a decent, honest guy to fix my friends car--that had decided to engage in an altercation with a concrete parking pole while I was at the wheel--I followed up on a recommendation to talk to Junior. He took a look at the car, gave me a quote, and we agreed on when Id drop it off. A few days later, I got the car back and, as my friend put it, it looks better than it did before.Hes not as talkative as guys at other shops and you definitely have to remember to call him if you want a progress update. However, a huge plus in my book is that he doesnt just look at a woman, assumes she doesnt know a thing about cars, and tries to take advantage by gouging her on the price. In short, Junior is a rockstar.While I hope I never have a reason to come back, IF I ever need body work done on a car again, hes definitely the guy Im calling.

LEIGH DI have no idea who are you,if you paid for the job,you should come back and complain,for the 2 parking tickets,I would pay for it no problem,Im not here to screw customers,I own Juniors Auto Body for the past 20 years,in average I repair 10 cars a week,40 cars a month,480 cars a year,9.600 cars total in 20 years.Im not perfect by any means,but I try to do my best,in 20 years I had 1 complain almost 8 years ago.If you are the owner of the Toyota Avalon,that I replace the front bumper,dont forget that i replaced the rt fender for free,dont forget that I replaced the rt head light for free.Thats how Im,I do things on my own to make customers happy,thats the reason why I have been n the same location for 20 years,and busy all the time,people are not dumb,if I was a bad business owner or if I did a bad job like you said,I would be out business long time ago.One more thing,No one never ever took me to court to complain .Im a honest person and a honest business owner,unfortunately Im not perfect as you seems to be.
