The owner is awesome! Last summer my dealership was telling me I needed brakes, pads and tires right away. They were going to charge me a small fortune. I was referred to go to this mechanic and he informed me that I can go past September and be fine. He checked my car free of charge and wrote up an estimate. I haven’t gotten the work done yet but will go to him when I’m ready.

I religiously worked on my own cars because so many shops and dealerships seem to put my vehicles second to their own interests.I found NexTech from a friends referral. This friend is pretty particular and I knew I could at least give NextTech a shot.Its been years with Jim and his crew now. They have never failed to be exceptional. Theyre honest and fair. Jims engineering background really comes through in his work.The only only thing I worry about now is where Ill take my car if he decides to retire.

My family has been using Jim for 10 years now. Extremely knowledgeable and reasonable. He has a lifetime of auto knowledge and a degree in Engineering from Lehigh to back it up. He has performed major and minor repairs on any car we have brought him. He can diagnose and fix anything. He shops for the most affordable parts. He is quietly generous and helps children afflicted by cancer. He is That guy I want on speed dial to fix, or service my car! Everybody needs That Guy for something or another.

I have taken my cars to Jim through the years and always found him to be honest and reliable, an all-around nice guy who knows what hes doing. My family brings their cars there as well. We never had any problems.

Garage attempted to fleece the previous owner of my car by telling them the compressor on the air conditioner had failed and shot itself into the circulation system and would need new piping and compressor, with a quote around $1500. The previous owner declined and asked to have the power disconnected to it.I purchased the car and took it to my mechanic, who told me there was only a bad power coupler and the compressor ran fine, with no pipe damage at all. This mechanic attempted to fleece the previous owner for what should have been a cheap repair and a coolant refill. Do not trust this mechanic!
