Delonna was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She immediately knew the answers to all my many questions and really helped me out as someone who is inexperienced! Would definitely reccomend

Store is never fully stocked barley can get assistance. Today I walked in cashier clerk is on rather long personal call any couldn’t attend to me. The other lady didn’t want to check stock and see if any of the items I was seeking were in the back but offered to order items online. This store needs to be redone and needs a huge nail supply and options. The gel uv lights are super expensive and cheap af. Barley any gel color or dip color options. Eventually leaving me to have to order from other sites onlineTrash location Somerville

They never answer the phone when people call, they just hang around and do not offer much help when customers are there! And they have a poor selection of inventory

June 13th. My first time in a store in 2 months. Three smiling faces lots of laughs. I walked out of there thinking to myself wow they were really nice!Also very helpful. I cant say Ive ever been in a Sally beauty supply where people were so friendly. Maybe its because of covid I dont know.It made me feel better about people in general. And Im misanthrope to the core. Thanks guys for the nice welcome back into the world!

I went to the store today and this young girls was so good she took care of me she showed me what to do what not to do she gave me good advice she showed me the way to do stuff I never seen this before I will go there and I will recommend this 400%

This store and the staff are excellent. Big shout out to Michelle for helping me find a product I typically purchase down in Florida along with graciously assisting with an exchange. Her smile and attitude are commendable and what service should be about. Ive been a Sally Rewards member for years and thanks to her service, I always will be. 😊👍

With the whole pandemic, all things are weird and everywhere has their own way of operating. I came to this location and the signs outside are very unclear on how things are working so I decided to open the door to ask the lady standing right inside how things work here and before I could even ask I was instantly yelled at to close the door and told I cannot come inside. I then stated that I was not trying to come inside I was just trying to understand how things work here because the signs don’t make any sense, I was then yelled at again to close to door becasuse she was apparently waiting on someone else.

Michelle went above and beyond to do everything she could to get me what I wanted. I am so thrilled after this visit, I almost dont care how my hair turns out. Almost haha.

I had to call a store that was a lot further out (Waltham, MA) and the Manager Anna called an employees phone that worked there...she was currently off shift and said that people had been having problems calling the store and had experienced no dial tone. I pleasantly reminded them that the phone, as well as the website, is generally the first point of contact with a customer and if the phone doesnt work, tons of business is being lost... and should have been tossed up the line to corporate immediately. I waited for about 10/15 minutes while the manager was waiting for contact with an employee at the McGrath Hwy location. I asked if she was able to check the inventory of the other store and it was a no. After finding out the price of the product it is a lot less than ordering online. If Id planned to order online I wouldnt have called. This is and was the absolute worst customer service experience Ive had in a while. Ive been shopping here since the 90s and may consider other options in the future should the issue not be corrected expediently.

I Walked on every beauty salon with my hair red magenta trying to switch to brown and they said it was impossible without removing the red color from my hair..but I went to this sallys yesterday and a lady who works there gave me a product dat did magic to my hair color now Im officially a brunette w no red reflects nothing the red jst disappear on my hair Im so happy! Best beauty supply ever!😍😍

I got three tubes of hair dye all off the same shelf. Paid for them, was asked if I had a Sally’s card (I said yes), they asked if I wanted the receipt (I said no, thinking that they could look up my past purchases on my card if I needed to return something). It turns out that even though these dyes were next to each other, they weren’t all the same type of dye; one of the three tubes is perminant while the rest are semi perminant. I bought these dyes to mix, but you can’t use them together because one color requires developer, which I don’t have. I called my local Sally’s (not this Sally’s) to see if I could return it, and they said that if I didn’t have a receipt, that I couldn’t return it. Now I’m down $10 on dye I can’t use, nor can I even dye my hair until I get the correct color.(I should’ve known from the towers of boxes full of unstocked products in the back of the store that this Sally’s wasn’t going to be as well put together as other Sally’s I’ve been to. )

One of the workers had the audacity to be in public with a hickey on her neck and her manager had nothing to say about it. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS STORE
