Shoes took almost a month to get here, we’re scratched right out of the box. Ended up being extremely uncomfortable and then to return them, they charged me $7 to PRINT OUT A LABEL from MY computer.. definitely not worth the hassle.

The store had all of the popular styles, I was looking for, but I felt like the sales girls were trying to “size me up”, being condescending when I was asking questions, and showing little interest in helping me. They were more interested in their own conversation.

My last friend bought a few items. She was very satisfied

One of my favorite stores in Assembly Row! Cool selection of both dress and casual shoes. Excellent customer service and quality shows that are affordable. I only wish they had more! Its hard to find stores that carry my size 13, but they seem to have a little more of a selection here for me.

Really great customer service! They were extremely patient and focused on helping me find exactly what I was looking for despite me being very picky and perticular. I dont usually write reviews but they left a lasting impression!

Worst customer service, they have no organizational skills with how to place shoes on display and then have the shoe above it match with the boxes below. Not one shoe box was was in any way organized either by style or size. I asked for help and was given the nastiest response from the customer service rep Tychelle. She told me it was obvious the shoe would be to the right of what your looking for without offering to actually help in finding it . Rolled her eyes and made a mumble under her breath as she walked away. I was left to pull out and look at each shoe box one at a time until I finally gave up, bought the one pair I could find as it was on and end cap alone with the sample shoe directly on top and another that was the same way. If you are going to work in a customer service industry you should work on your skills. I will be contacting the district manager and corporate office as they should be aware of the possible 1000.00 purchase I would have made if they taught employees to be kind and helpful. This store has forever lost my service if not the entire brand. Being kind and helpful no longer exists apparently.
