The people in this store were incredibly nice, and very helpful!!! They had really amazing pieces and Jim shores which were really awesome! I have never seen such a big selection before, and great prices! Overall will definitely be going back again :))))

I went in for a wedding gift for a friend. I was looking for some Crystal Flutes. The staff was extremely unhelpful and very rude. The prices also were super high. I ended up going to Macy’s and finding some beautiful Waterford ones and they were $25 cheaper.

I discovered the Crystal Palace in search of the perfect xmas gift for my wife. The staff was extremely helpful, Mary helped me select the most wonderful gift. I found Mary to be extremely in the know about all the different items, as they have wide variety of inventory to choose from. Despite me asking many questions Mary remained extremely friendly throughout my shopping experience. Kudos to the Crystal Palace, a real hidden gem!Ill certainly be back.

I went here last night and buy funkos. It was a great experience, the lady in the store is so helpful and attentive. I will go here again tonight! They have huge collection of rare pops and out of the store pops.

I have visited Crystal Palace twice in the last week or so and my experience was less than pleasant. The first time was to inquire about a particular Batman statue displayed in the front window. I was told the man who handles that part of the business was not in. The woman who helped me knew nothing about the statue but took down my number and said she would call me. I never heard back.I returned to look for a mothers day gift and perhaps check back on the statue again. Apparently I had just missed the guy a second time, though one of the employees was able to get in touch and give me a price. When I reached to examine the statue though she recoiled as if concerned I would break it. I wasnt satisfied with the condition of the paint and decided to decline.What left a bad taste in my mouth was the shopping experience I had looking for the gift. I asked if they had any giraffes as that is my mothers favorite animal. I was scoffed at as if my question was ridiculous. Additionally, two of the employees made multiple comments about pricing, saying things like Im not sure if you want to go that high before even giving me a price- as if to imply I couldnt afford what they had on offer. Perhaps it was the fact that I was dressed very casually, but I got the distinct feeling they had very little interest in me as a customer.Finding nothing I was interested in, I proceeded to a neighboring store I frequent where the staff were extremely friendly and helpful as always. They even carry some of the same collectibles and were charging less than Crystal Palace. I was happy to give them my money instead.

Its a great store held back by lack of organization and disgruntled staff. It would be 5 stars for the store quality itself but the attitudes of the people and stuff being priced by multiple people (some who are not always there) hold it back.

Beautiful collection of items and friendly staff on the floor. However once I was ready to pay, I received a different experience. The middle aged blond hair woman behind the counter was so rude! She tossed my ornament into the box and when I asked if I can fix it before she tapes it up, she says do whatever you want. I asked to get it wrapped and she ignored me. If shes there again, Im not coming in.

I have been a customer for years and have never had a problem. Friendly service and they take time with you. Year after year I am greeted like family.

The worst experience EVER!!!!! I ordered an item for a gift on June 30 and on July 1 I called and asked for the tracking number (The website states that it ships the same day prior to 3pm) The lady who answered the phone stated that the item has shipped and she didnt have the tracking number since the shipping department was gone for the day and that someone would call me. I didnt receive a call so I tried calling them later that afternoon, know one answered so I gather they were off for the holiday weekend even though I was told that I would receive a call. Didnt receive a call as of late Tuesday (July 5) afternoon so I called them to find out that they cancelled my order because the were out of stock and that they sold to many and made excuses as to why I wasnt called. I feel it very odd that they are out of stock seeing that there website still shows them available and it states that they are in stock. I do NOT recommend shopping here.

I found this store on an internet pop-up (so glad I did). I order the 2017 SCS member annual pieces. Mary was so helpful; my order was filled and delivered within 7 days (mainly because part of the time was the weekend). My pieces arrived in sparkling pristine condition. This place is absolutely horrible business locks their doors during today sign saying by appointment only hate to tell you people dont buy stuff in your store by appointment only its called impulse buying who makes an appointment to buy crystal give me a break If youre so afraid of the virus then dont open at all at least post on your website by appointment only before someone drives 2 hours there to find out

Stay Away from here. Do not let the blonde woman trick you when you come in with how friendly she is at first. Once you ask a question about pricing, all that goes out the window. She gets very defensive. And heaven forbid you ask about there funko. Its her sons whois never there. But today on 4/8/19, he was there and ran like a small child into the back and let mommy do his bidding. SO you mean to tell me, there is no budging on price, can i speak to him. No he left.. Uhh, i see you peaking out the back bro like a scared chicken. But hey, thats the customer service you want to provide, Let me know when your out of business sale is. then maybe i can get that sweet tooth Funko pop for what its actually worth if i dont get it on Ebay first. 40$ my @ss.

Horrible service. They do not fulfill orders in full and then when you contact the business...our system doesnt make mistakes...well Im sorry to say it does. Avoid the hassle of being made out to be a liar. Might I add I sent pics of packing slip and items still I am wrong because system is right laughable...so word of advice just avoid. There are plenty of places to handle your Swarovski Crystal and toy needs

This relates to Internet orders.The company has a different department that handles internet orders and I had my order rejected twice *without notifications*. When I called, a polite lady explained that the situation is handled by another department. I lost a week and a half because they didnt tell me what was happening.They also could not give me a reason on why the order was rejected. I called my credit card company and was told both my purchases with credit cards were authorized and the company decided to revoke both orders soon after. I believe the company has decided to label me a scammer because I had made a mistake on the address in the initial order. There was absolutely no mistake in my second order as I confirmed with my bank.Buyers beware. Check with them the day after on the order status. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Over hyped Funko Pop! place, when you actually get there and look through everything, there are only Commons for sale. All the exclusives are marked up and sitting in glass cases that the employees there know nothing about. Then there is the Mystery Boxes that are supposed to guarantee you a Pop! that is ultra rare and worth at the very least the $15 you are paying for them. Once you open them up they are nothing more than Commons worth only half what you paid for the box. Meanwhile they have an entire case filled with Chases and super rare Pops advertising you have a very good chance of getting them. They have a racket going on here and I can almost bet the person is selling them on eBay for big monies. Staff was also very rude and uninterested in helping you; constantly disappearing into the backroom.
