The pharmacy is a mess- Ive been forced into taking my meds late several times due to lack of notifications and holds on prescriptions no one can explain (its not my insurance). If you have another pharmacy option, Id go with that over this place.
The cashiers were very nice and friendly. It was busy and they still were helpful. The only major issue I had was that there was a person without a face mask on. Although theres signs everywhere saying that a face mask was required, no one really said anything to him. I didnt feel safe after seeing they arent strict on that policy.
Best Clerks.CVS is civilization.
Very good CVS. Angel knows everything about their products- great customer service.
I stopped by on a busy evening, and when one of the associates noticed I was lost, they were kind enough to point me in the right direction while they were assisting someone else. Later, an employee named Greg came by and was very knowledgeable about the products I was stuck between, and helped me make a confident purchase. Their kindness compelled me to write a little review; so a big thank you to them.
This Pharmacy DOES NOT pick up the phone. CVS clearly does not care regarding the access to care issue they have created by having such terrible service.
Do NOT deal with the pharmacy here. This has happened over 5 times already and the process is always the same. I call in a prescription. They tell me it will be ready at a certain time, say 3pm, and Ill get a notification of when its ready. The notification never comes. When I call, they tell me they called my doctor and theyre waiting to hear back. When I call my doctor, they tell me no one ever bothered to call them. Then I find out after talking to 5 different people that my insurance was rejected, and no one bothered to contact me about it, so Im sitting here with my thumb up my ass waiting for people to say they will call me back. They dont call me so I call them. I get assured the pharmacy is open until (time) and itll be fine. I call, (time) rolls around and theyre closed. So I go okay Ill call another pharmacy, only to get told theyre going to charge me full price. Ive been at home all day waiting for people to respond to me and I cant do anything and I just need my prescription filled tonight. If I hadnt dealt with the Davis Square CVS none of this would have happen. Do NOT deal with these people, ever.
The pharmacy staff was awesome, friendly service. Every time I go there about my refill I got on time. Before it was little bit problem but now they’re getting better service every-way I want to recommend this place now. I am taking some medication i got call too of they refill medicine that made me happy and more reliable service, thanks.
The pharmacy staff is always so kind and the store is always stocked with what I need and more.
Point of note, they have four self checkouts in addition to their traditional checkout. Lines for these are usually pretty short, so you can get in and out fast.Otherwise its a fairly good and standard CVS. They have what youd expect from mostly any convenience store. They have a photo counter, if thats your thing.
Very racist management team. Went in for one item today but they had an awesome deal on travel size which made me a bit indecisive about my final options. During the process on deciding an associate ask if I was ok I said yes. She literally watch me the entire time she was putting things away. I walked away and than went back to the spot and she moved but when I went back to travel section she came back. I thought I was being paranoid until I notice both cashiers(wearing a suit another business causal, so I’m assuming they’re managers) staring at me. I left the items on cashier and walked out.I Will not support a company that assumes I’m stealing if I did nothing. so from my point of view I was being profiled because I am black. Oh well, I will no longer support stores that makes me feel uncomfortable just because of my skin. Not my lost when I have other options. I’ll go on amazon and get a cheaper deal. Your lost 😁 not mine 💁🏾♀️
Its a convenient CVS with long pharmacy lines. Parking is difficult. Good place to stop and grab water or a snack, or toiletries before or after your commute on the train or bus.
The person who attends in the photos was aggressive said bad words for making me wait for an hour and not doing the workI said that they should have better training I didcall the manager to explain the situation andthe employee returned to say things, my sonanswered and the manager said to my son out the store without listening to us first after Iexplain him what she did recover my photo but the manager did not say sorry.
I showed up tonight with 6 minutes to closing and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and flashed my cell phone and the lady at the register didn’t acknowledge me. After a few minutes, she finally walked over and waves her arms in the “you’re out” fashion of baseball, but it was still before the 12 midnight closing. I pointed at the store closing hours and she shook her head again and then locked the second door to the store. Why lock the door early? I was going to be in and out of the store directly, I knew what I needed. Where is the management? Why are the staff so rude? The store hours should be the hours that people are allowed to enter the store.
Great location. Medium-sized, so they dont carry everything. Helpful, friendly staff.
Pharmacist giving flu shots was running late, rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional.
The pharmacy staff is some of the worst I have ever encountered at a CVS location. Very rude and disrespectful to the patrons in addition to being unorganized which causes confusion and long wait times. I recommend going to another location for refills.
Pharmacy line is always 10 people deep.
The Davis Square CVS Pharmacy is excellent for all your prescription needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Great location and fast.
Great CVS- wish it was open later but when I get there in enough time the staff is very helpful and they have a very full menu of munchies!
Pretty standard high-traffic CVS, with a ton of self-checkouts and a large selection of everything carried by the standard American convenience store.
Convenient location, but expensive. Sale signs were inaccurate and sale prices didnt come up on the register, or signs were for items that didnt exist. Staff didnt seem to care.
Good store to do some shopping in. I bought some hair clippers and they work wonderful. Helpful employees.
This place is BAD news. I am a teenager, and I felt personally discriminated against because of my age. A few friends and I went in to buy some food/drinks here a while back. On our way out, a rather angry looking woman asked to see our receipts and insinuated that we were stealing something or pulling off some sort of scam. I will not be returning here.
Offers both self checkout and old style, spacious store
Easy to get in and out
I had an an awful experience with the pharmacy staff at this CVS. I cancelled an automatic refill, but they kept filling it and calling me! It became a big problem when I traveled out of state and couldnt get my prescription filled at another pharmacy because they said it has already been filled here. The manager of the pharmacy I was trying to get my medication filled at, called over to this CVS pharmacy and told the manager the problem, but he refused to call the insurance company to sort it out. And I ended up paying for the prescription out of pocket :(
The staff is beyond rude ! Never going back again!
Large CVS store with a good selection
Phone ringing...no one answering this morning at 9:00am on a tuesday.
Pretty standard cvs
No public restroom
