We have been working with them since October now. They are real down to earth people who are very pleasant to work with. You should definitely work with them.

Last spring I volunteered for a local high school girls booster club board and we worked with this establishment on several team orders. This is what I think of them, as compared to their other local competition, which I have also had dealings with:Overall quality - no better than their local competition.Overall service - no better than their local competition.Prices - higher than their local competition.Additionally, unlike their competition, they do not employ a website to collect team spirit wear orders or payments. The owner defends this practice, as she told me why she still believes hand out order forms are the correct way to collect orders and money. Personally, this makes no sense to me in this smart phone/instant-online/order access age. Why would anyone still want to be handling scores of order forms and checks in 2014?Finally, it appears the owner and I had a miscommunication and/or misunderstanding with a solicitation of a $100 donation to our booster club. After our club had made it clear that we would be doing business with her establishment, I initially thought that I had solicited a donation with her in late winter, since at that time she informed me that she would get the donation out in the mail by the end of the week. Well, weeks passed and during this time I had left her a few nice voice mail messages, during non-business hours, with my contact information and asking her for a status as to her donation, to which she still never replied. Then, when another board member was picking up an order, the owner was asked about her missing donation, to which she replied that she never agreed to make a donation with me as she likes to establish a relationship with her clubs first. I guess I just dreamt about our initial meeting and that she agreed to donate $100 to our local high school girls booster club. Thus, due to all of the above, I must question the owners integrity and personally in the future will just use the local competition for these commodity items, or even one of the many businesses up on the web.

I have used them for many years... they always have great suggestions and great value. I would always called them first and I have never had to make a second call.They are very, very good!
