This is a massive store with lots of inventory. So you should have no issues finding what you need for your projects. Just dont expect any help from the employees there. They are very limited in their knowledge of the trades and even in the items in their own store. My suggestion: go to their website and make sure the store you are visiting has the items you need in stock. It will also give you the exact isle and bay location. Way more useful than asking someone in an orange apron.
It took them a month to deliver a fridge. A month I was without a fridge. They messed up delivery because the appliance does not fit in it truck. So, get another truck and get it to my house. No, instead, while talking to them, they hanged up on me. Rude, ugly experience. Buying ANYWHERE else from now on. Also, placing a complain to the office of consumer affairs this week.
This Home Depot location is pretty nice. They have a good team working there. I went in to buy a garbage disposal, the insinkenater 900 lol. Very helpful and knowledgeable store associates.

Sorry Home Depot. This was atrocious. Waited at the key cutting area because the DIY was down. No one around so we decided to get our other item and come back. 15 minutes later still no one around. No worries its just about 630 they probably started their closing duties a little early while its slow. We find associate to call some one over. Another person had started waiting in line while we found the associate to use the intercom. After 7 intercom calls and standing around for 20 minutes we purchased our 1 item and left. The man who was waiting as well was furious and decided to involve management. Which at that point was well within order. Does No one work in hardware after 6 pm? Apparently only a hardware associate is qualified to use a key maker.
Need to update operating hours. Website says closed at 10. Showed up at 9pm and was not let into the store.Don’t really care what time the store closes, but do care about the information provided being accurate.
The cashier was extremely nice she also offered for me to apply for a Home Depot card and I got approved.
Live nearby and come here all the time. Wanted to come here and quickly grab some replacement outdoor light fixtures. Their selection was horrible so I wanted to talk to someone to see if I was missing something. Three different associates called someone for me and they never came over 20 minutes. I told them I will buy fixtures at Lowes, guess they dont want my ~$200. I will forever now make the 30 minute drive to Lowes to ensure I never come back here again.
The store is relatively clean, has good and helpful employees, and a good customer service department. However Ive done the ship to store option for this location several times and the order has got messed up too often. They always make it right, but its a pain to deal with messed up orders in the first place. Would be much better if they could get their act together with the online orders. Like I said, everything else in the store is great.
They never pick up the phone. Ive tried several different days.
And, of course, the new fridge is dented upon delivery. Now have to go through Samsung to get a new fridge. This place is disgusting. Big corporations with little care for the costumer.
It has all of your building material needs for the most part. When you place an order on-line, they never pull the order prior to your arrival. I always wait until the following day to give time for them to pick the order. Instead you check in then they find someone who is available, then that person goes and picks the order 1 item at a time. The most recent order was only 2 items for which I waited 40 minutes from when I walked in until I walked out. This is the reason only 4 stars but the employees I had interactions with were friendly so I gave a 4th star rather than the 3 I was originally going to give.
Hit or miss. They carry some helpful unexpected items and staff can be helpful. But this weekend they sent me to the next store over because that store apparently had a ton of what I needed on their shelf and when I showed up that was not the case! Such a waste of time and gas.
Awful service.My grandfather purchased an instock door when he called to have it ready for his contractor to pick up was told they were all out of stock. Requested a refund and got put on hold for 30 mins. Tried to call back 10 times and NO ONE picks up the phone. The one time they did got put on hold and no one ever came back on the line and was not refunded. Worst customer service ever. Ridiculous you have to keep calling and calling and NO ONE answers the phone. Not even managers.

Was looking for folding chair we saw on line They didnt have any on the floor. We found a worker he went out of his way to help us . He was about to go home in 5 minutes but he did everything to help us Ask managers where they might be they told him he walk with us and they werent the ones we want . He walk back and some other staff came him a gun to see how many you guys had. He found them up high took his time to get some one to get them. Thank you for doing this
Can be packed with many shopper. Restock on many items are slow coming. Other homedepots are stocked much better. I work next door and they might take a week or more on restock so now I just shop at others if the item I want isnt in stock that day.
I had a valid receipt and requested a return for a product not working great and the guy customer service rep denied my return. Unbelievable. Supervisor denied it as well. With a VAILD receipt.
The customer service needs better training. Was told by staff if you Purchase home Depot protection plan, i can get it fixed or replaced in store.Now i need a tool replaced they start calling the manufacturer...if I wanted to get a warranty through the manufacturer i wouldnt have purchased warranty thru THD.

DO NOT ORDER CARPET FROM THIS PLACE!!!!We wanted it to get the new carpet done ASAP, so we choose the one that has 7 day installation option. After all the measurements, confirmed with them 3 times, and then payment, they are telling us that it’s gonna take a month for the installation. Total fraud! Should take the sign down so other customers will not be in the same situation with us.
General stuff was fine and this review was about one of their cashier. He suggested me to apply to their reward card. I asked whether it’s a credit card and he replied “No”. It turned out to be a credit card. He was deceiving the customer.

I think the entire population has visited a Home Depot, my opinion is not going to change theirs. Hey home depot is what it is no more no less. I go there when I cannot find or get ar the smaller stores.

The store is great but do not order any appliances or delivery from home depot. Similar reviews say the same. They use a third party delivery and installation services then take no responsibility with the service. I experienced missed delivery dates then the installation was not completed by the delivery company. The appliance was left in my kitchen and I was told to call Home Depot about the installation. Home Depot the said the delivery company should have done the installation and I needed to reach out to them. The delivery company then tried to charge me an additional $150 before pointing me back to home depot, and that installation was their issue. Home Depots customer service only response was that I needed to go to the Home Depot store manager for any refund.The delivery company also missed the haul-away service twice. The appliance was left outside for a week and a half waiting for pick-up.
Employees are inept and that includes customer service. No one could help me find what I was looking for. Each person handed me off to another inept person.

Ordered a new washer/dryer in-person and scheduled a date for delivery (not available for about a month). Home Depot employee said they ordered everything we would need for installment. Re-arrange work schedules to be home for the delivery. Delivery company comes and there is no stacking kit. Delivery company took our old washer/dryer and left the new ones in our living room. They could not come back to install and we had to go get a stacking kit. We can’t get it installed for another five days. Super disappointing and poor customer serviceThis is also a safety hazard if we needed to get a stretcher into our home for a medical emergency
I love this place but no body helps you i ask for help and they send me someplace else or they someone is coming and they never show up but the paint section its the best the older man there is very helpful and knows is stuff. Peace.
Hands down the best home depot that I go to almost every day multiple times a day. Id say about 65% percent of employees are knowledgeable, courteous, polite, kind funny, cool, nice, great people... And 35% rude, very very rude, mean, pushy, impolite. And I get it ya know. No ones really too pumped to be at work. But you dont have to take it out on customers.. besides that. Fire. Awesome. I will go there every time if I can no matter what
Staff discriminate agains hispanics. Cachier was extremely rude when I told him I was paying cash. This store needs to treat all customers equal regardless of how they look like. Very disappointing. Will file a lawsuit if it continues.

They dont list online whether they have propane tanks available for exchange, and Ive been trying to get someone from this store on the phone for an hour. The phone tree sends me to hold music for 10-12m, then it rings for a few minutes, then it just hangs up on me. I wish this was the first time Ive had this type of experience with this store.

I seem to have found myself at Home Depot daily this past spring and summer. A ton of Landscaping, painting, and plenty of fixer upper type projects. Always have what I need and very helpful associates. Store is clean and organized. I just wish they were open. 24 hours lol

The store was packed today. One guy in the long line to check out didnt have his mask on and was talking away to his friends. I said something to two people working there and nothing was done. For about 10 minutes after that he stood by one of the self checkout counters talking to his friend and a HD employee. Most of the time with his mask down. Nothing was ever said to him. I wont be going back until Covid is done.
I wish I work there so I can see everything that store has it. The customer service is pleasant and the store always warm. A+. By the way, the price on the laundry soap is worth it to take a ride there.

Lumber cutting center out of order. If you need to cut lumber to fit in your vehicle, dont expect to do it here. Trying to find whats in the store inventory via the website is totally inaccurate. Customer service is almost non-existent.Update: Tried calling a few days later to ask if the cutting center is still out of order. No one answered the phone for 20 minutes, so only option is to just show up again and hope someone feels like working at the cutting center today.
Dont order delivery from here! Poor delivery and poorer customer service. I had a delivery scheduled today for ~500 pounds of top soil and a few small items. I paid $79 for this big delivery. The small items were delivered, but not the main reason for the expensive delivery – no top soil! Ive tried calling the store 6 times over the day. Customer Service disconnects the call each time without answering. Home Depots own online Customer Service team tried reaching the Somerville HD (and the stores managers), and no one answered their calls either. Dont order delivery from here or youll be chasing your tail, without your purchase or a refund.

Curbside Pickup here is a lie.I attempted to do curbside pickup. I say attempted, because after checking in, I waited for half an hour in a hot car before getting annoyed. Finally spent another 10 minutes on the customer service line to pick up the stuff on my own.
