Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They got us the perfect fit for a new tire and inner tube for an electric bike that just had a gnarly blowout, and they quickly got us back on the road so we wouldnt miss our ride. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

We live in Marin and we go to this store because they always take care of the whole family and they always have time for all of us. After shopping, if we dont feel like driving back to Novato, we go down the street and get a pizza at The Red Grape. Then, we grab a bottle of wine at Corner 103, and check in to The Feedstore Loft and stay the night.

Above and beyond to make our Sonoma visit special

Jeff and team are the most courteous bike rental folks in the area. I especially like their quality of bikes for the endurance rides. The hilly roads around Sonoma are fabulous.

Great bike shop in Sonoma. Entry-level bikes are hard to come by lately, but Wine Country Cyclery had what I was looking for within my price range. Short delay/wait to pick the bike up, but the staff was otherwise very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy... Thank you.

Man who rented the bikes to us was very kind and made sure everything fit properly before we set out, reasonable prices for rentals and the inside has pretty cute products for cyclists.

Absolute WORST customer service EVER. We rented bikes for the week of Thanksgiving, and the weather was looking bad, so we called and spoke to a female employee who said we could return the bikes early and the rate would be prorated. We picked up our bikes on a Sunday morning at 10:00, and returned them the next day at 11:15 - the owner charged us for TWO FULL days, instead of prorating the fee. He was extremely rude and contrite. Tried to say that the day was half over and he could have rented the bikes, despite the fact that, no, the day was NOT half over, and there was a shop full of bikes, and not a soul in the shop. Worst experience, will never rent here and would discourage others from doing so as well.

A mistake was made where our bikes were given to another couple and as a result we ended up with one oversized bike and without one of our cell phones for the day. Justin was awesome and took immediate action to remedy the problem. He went above and beyond to make up for the mistake. These guys take care of their customers. I would definitely rent from them again!

From the moment I first visited Wine Country Cyclery it felt great. These are the kind of friendly, helpful and devoted professionals who have their customers satisfaction at heart.I ride a vintage (1982) Bianchi racer and a 50s cruiser, my 10 year old son rides a new Felt bike purchased here and my daughter has a 60s Raleigh 3 speed...the great people at Wine Country Cyclery keep us all rolling in style and safely. Just last week I went in with a flat tire on my cruiser. The tire was old and needed replacing. Now, this old bike has unusual 1 3/8 tires, so it had to be ordered. For the two days it took for it to arrive WCC loaned me a nice Giant MTB...thats SERVICE!
