My wife and I drove up from SoCal to have the tent installed at the warehouse. The process of ordering through the site and making an appointment for the install was very casual and easy. The customer support staff member (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was very kind in answering my questions. Brad from the warehouse/install team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, on the phone he asked about what vehicle we have and what bedrack was installed so that he could get everything prepped a few days before our install. On the day of the install we worked together to make sure everything was centered and he climbed in the bed and bolted everything down. After it was completed, he gave us a very thorough demo of how the tent works and some best practices. The entire process was very laid-back and not rushed at all. We are so happy we decided to make the 6 hour drive (plus a few days to relax in Santa Cruz) to get the service done.

Love my tepui!

We picked up our rtt on a Saturday and one of the owners went out of his way to meet us at the warehouse for pick up. He gave us some tips and tricks on the installation which we did ourselves. The installation part was a pain but after that everything was smooth sailing. Camping throughout Oregon was great in the rtt. We are very pleased with our Kukenam Siberian Camo rtt and Tepui!!

I would love to give this company 5 stars, but they dont live up to there sales. Their Black Friday Sales said Up to 30% off of tents and accessories. This doesnt included everything. When they say accessories, Im thinking that means everything. This does not mean chairs/tables or bags. I wanted to get my wife one of their cool camping chairs for a Christmas present. I drove out of my way to get one of their cool camping chairs.Also, they dont take any cash sales. I like to spend cash only.I still bought the chair but I was disappointed in the sale.

The warehouse has a very nice show space for most of the products Tepui sells. Drove down 100 miles and being able to sit and get a feel for the products was a great experience. The front desk woman was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The Tepui brand has only improved in the past couple years, consistently working on providing more durable and well designed products.

Great service! Fits perfectly on the Hummer. The quality is excellent!! It rained on our first camping day and the water did not come in at all! No mira sleeping on the ground. Worth the money!!! We are very happy with our tent!Thank you!

The guys that work here are seriously passionate about adventuring! They were very informative and frank with us about every question we raised! The tents they make are seriously high end, without the serious high price. Ask about the rental program! We plan on going that route on our next trip!They have a tent for virtually ANY vehicle. And theyve got most of them set up in the show room for you to climb in and check out!

Friendly and extremely helpful staff that take great pride in their work and their products. Fantastic experience overall renting and buying a rooftop tent. Rented the Ayer Sky, drove down to Pismo and then up the coast camping along the way. The staff was interested in our trip and even helped us out with some extremely helpful tips and info about the area we were traveling. We rented without the expectation wed buy, but we were so impressed with the tent we bought the Kukenam upon returning the Ayer rental. With such competitive pricing I didnt expect such high quality, but they are and these tents are dialed. Design and function have been well thought through and well executed. I highly recommend renting to identify which tent best suits your needs, plus up to $300 in rental fees will be applied to your purchase should you decide to do so. Brittany and TJ went above and beyond to make the purchase and install a great experience. TJ went out of his way to fit our unscheduled install into their already booked schedule and get us on our way. Thanks to the entire staff, I would absolutely recommend Tepui Tents.
