Its that time of year where all the holiday drinks are in. My favorite is the chestnut praline latte made with breve and an extra shot. This location has a friendly, cheerful staff. Dont forget to order a Puppucino for your furry companion-its free and every dog deserves a little whip cream 😊 Also the grilled cheese sandwiches are fire, theyre so freaking tasty!!

I been going to Starbucks for more than 5 years now. Whenever I ask for extra caramel on my drink they put a good amount that’s normal. The extra is usually saying you want it as a drizzle. I have NEVER experience this before. They put almost half of my drink full of caramel. It’s about 1/4 full of caramel in the bottom and it difficult to drink out of it because of the caramel that’s in the bottom. I did not want to complain and make them remake it because of the whole situation with COVID-19 but I don’t think this is right. This place needs to be more aware of their descriptions on the sticker. Especially, when making mobile orders since that’s the only way to order now.

We popped in for a quick cup-o-joe and were greeted with the usual cheery demeanor. Order was up quick and as ordered. Only beef, we sat at one of those cocktail style tables, the tall round ones with a bar stool on either side, and the pole supporting the table top was loose so the table top was unstable, moving 2 or 3 inches every which way when resting our elbows on it. I suppose it will take a while to get back to form with inside seating after the last year plus hiatess!

Good coffee. Good service. Lots of traffic nearby.

Starbucks absolutely had the right to require one to job their rewards club in order to order pickup. They have the right to decline phone orders. They have the right to charge my card $25 for a $7.50 order and hold the difference as a creditAnd I have the right to go somewhere else

This location is always speeding and customers are quick, in and out. Everyone is wearing a mask, customers included and keep 6ft distance. Eggs bites, bacon and gruyere, are delicious!!

The location in Aptos is my favorite Starbucks in all of Santa Cruz county. They have the best baristas there. They make a killer breve latte!

Would be five stars, though I was in a hurry and just wanted a cup of regular coffee to go, the customer in front of me must not she engaged the barista in a long winded conversation, as I stood watching my limited time melt away, I wish they had an express lane😌

The store was clean and the staff were courteous. However my drink was only warm and I had ordered a white mocha with three shots. Starbucks had never given me a warm drink before so I was surprised! Ill definitely check my drink next time before I go.

I go there to get my friend a Pikes Peak with half and half and a slice of lemon bread it never fails to brighten her day

I was the only person in the store at 5 am, and stood there for 5 minutes watching 2 employees stock water and ignore me. Then they finally made my drinks, and made them both wrong. Bad service and bad production = horrible experience!

Clean and friendly, but if you order from the counter...expect to wait. The online orders come first. Im finding that that is the New Trend at Starbucks in general.

Updated: they regularly run out of items around lunch time and do not update the mobile app. I initially put in a one star as my order was not filled or refunded, nor was I told about it when I picked up my lunch, but the shift managers were respectful, apologetic and kind. While I dont know that Ill return, I did appreciate their care.

Went in with my mother and my sister, we ordered a coconut milk latte, peppermint white mocha and a toasted white mocha. The coconut milk latte was fine, but the other two orders were wrong the first time they came out and then the next round was also wrong. They eventually got the toasted white mocha but I just decided to take the peppermint mocha the way it was because I was tired of waiting. It took almost an hour to get our orders.

Bad Customer Service! I hope you young ladies have better days. No need to be rude when customers are politely asking for assistance.

Im giving todays visit 5 stars. Usually, Im met with poor customer service at this location. I rarely have ever had anyone even greet me. But today my cashier, Johnson, was so lovely. She seems genuinely happy to be there and made an effort to have conversation with everyone in line. The rest of the employees here should take after her. Johnson is a gem!

Its like all other starbucks in the country

The staff at this location are extremely nice, always very professional. They work as fast as they can to get the crowds in and out fast. Ive never had a bad experience here. Its busy, busy so expect a line but, youll be taken care of fast.I shop here about twice a week.

The usual Starbucks experience. They now have a couple of sandwiches available prepackaged. I had one it was good. They still dont have much of a selection of noncaffeinated drinks. Some of cant have caffeine and have friends and family who love the stuff. I always ask not to go to Starbucks, but I only succeed sometimes.

Nice, open location. Pretty speedy service and my drinks are usually tasty. BIG improvements from the slow, poor service I used to have here when I worked at the craft store across the street.

This particular location is not the one inside Safeways but outside by the fantastic sams and all that. it has a nice area outside that you can sit on lthe cement benches and have your coffee or non-coffee beverage its very quiet there except for the road noise but its still very nice

I’ve been to this Starbucks for the past 2 years whenever I’m in the area. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. Sadly, they always make the drinks bad! The baristas have a hard time following instructions and tend to make everything less sweet. My macchiatos always taste bitter after a couple sips. They’re pretty stingy on the caramel. Also, no one here seems to understand what light ice means. A cup that’s over 50% ice is not light ice! What’s wrong with people.

Over rated and over priced

Among Starbucks this one is the best and my personal favorite. I come here everyday to enjoy a white mocha or just a regular coffee and the people that work there are the reason i keep coming back just beatiful and very nice. I highly recommend

The people are so nice at this Starbucks. Really! I know how hard it is dealing with rude people all day long and the woman who helped me today has got to know as well. Shes just so patient and I guess the best word is sweet.

Staff is excellent, friendly, and polite. Coffee drinks are great, assuming you like Starbucks coffee, however, I did not try the food at this location. I do wish they were open later at night.

I love going to this Starbucks. Most employees Are friendly, greet me with a smile and remember me! Demetrius is one of the best - Im not fond of Matt as he is a little cold to me, but Demetrius makes up for it . Others are great too. This is a VERY busy SB, but I like it.

This Starbucks has become increasingly slow over the last 6 months. Recent mobile orders take 20+ minutes to be ready. Ill be heading to another location for a while. Saturday car meet-up has moved to the Capitola Mall parking lot.

What can you say, alway seems to have college students working there, they arent fast nor are they particular polite, but besides being over priced, its consist across the board with product as it is everywhere. Its coffee that taste hood.

Good moca, nice folks, and clean. A good place to meet and talk.

They do not have handicapped doors to get in and out. Im in my wheelchair and the doors are super heavy to try and push open. Getting in and out is very difficult. Probably wont go again

Ive only been in Starbucks once. I didnt like the attitude of the people behind the counter it took me a long time to get my coffee and I dont think your prices are reasonable. So I did not go into any Starbucks. I may have walked past but thats it. Just my opinion.

I am so frustrated I use to enjoy coming to this starbucks and its 45 minutes from home but the one closer to me is even worse. I have a specific drink that I order everyday sometimes 2-3 times a day and its not complicated they never get it right. I ask for no foam and 2 out 3 always have more than a little foam. And no whip means just that.

Customer service, availability, appearance, smell, taste and feel are the thumbs up consistently!

This Starbucks has limited interior seating, but is usually well staffed so despite the crowd it moves fast.There are lots of places to sit outside if the weathers nice

This location very busy. Maybe explains why there was not much interest in making my stay nicer. Can you believe a coffeehouse that runs out of cream cheese to go with your bagel. I could find only one outlet to charge my phone. All the seating was hardback chairs. There were no easy chairs for prolonged readimg (was this to discourage readers) ? All in all not a pleasant visit for a frequenter of coffeehouses.

This Starbucks doesnt do the Keto Recipes: they substitute 1/2 & 1/2 for heavy whipping cream.I explained to the cashier that my husband & I are doing a Keto Diet.I ordered drip decaf-coffee with room for heavy whipping cream. I was told to request heavy cream when I picked up my order because it is not available at the condiments stand.I requested heavy cream at the Pick-Up, they admitted that they had substituted 1/2 & 1/2 for me. I asked again for heavy cream finally they got the heavy cream out of the fridge for me.I ordered Sugar-free hot chocolate with 1/2 water & 1/2 heavy whipping cream, for my husband. They substituted 1/2 & 1/2.When I pointed out the error they did not offer to redo their mistakes.They have lost our patronage.

Placed a mobile order for a strawberry acai refresher. Although the order was ready and the barista thanked me, there were no strawberries, even though they had them. Oops.

The staff have always gone out of their way to make the drinks to my liking.

Had a great tall tables if you want to stand while working.

I save money on Gieco and took dads advice and get a Venti cup of joe. A whole lot less sugar.

Less seating than other Starbucks, but adequate. The quality of their drinks are what you would expect for this popular chain.

Their outside tables are smoking tables. When I talked to the manager, she actually said that Starbucks is a non smoking place only inside, not outside. Does it make any sense? The tables unside were all taken, there was a smoking guy outside, so we had to leave.

My usual Starbucks. I like everyone there, they are great ppl, and make fresh coffee all day long, as opposed to one or two other locations where in the afternoon, the coffee had obviously been being heated for well over their usual 30min maximum. Not here!Plus the food, being mass produced like it is, isnt bad, in fact some of the bakery items are downright delectable (Classic Coffee Cake, Brownies, Blueberry Yougurt Muffins). Anywho, great Starbucks, but I do like both 41st Ave. locations, you cant go wrong looking for coffee around here!

Overpriced yuppy place. Too many good local independent coffee houses I would rather support.

Its loud, the enviroment is dark, cold, and not inviting. The coffee is always burned and brewed too hot, the tea is always too hot to drink and by the time its drinkable its gone bitter from the teabag.

Love taking my daughter and I to get our favorite drinks!!!
