Exceptional customer service. Couch Potato has a large variety of sofas that can be customized in so many ways to fit your space/comfort. I have a somewhat unique size sectional I was shopping for and when I found the one I wanted, high grade leather, L-shaped with a storage ottoman, the price was a bit out of my budget. Jackson, the owner was beyond helpful in finding ways to accommodate my budget while still meeting the size/shape. He gave an extremely thoughtful and detailed list of options to find my perfect couch. And when I was in the shop on a Saturday, he was hustling to provide quality service to all the costumers and he is extremely knowledgeable. I had a list of furniture places to visit, and Coach Potato was our first stop. It turned out to be our only stop! The knowledge and help we received was exceptional. The varieties of styles was great. And the prices extremely reasonable! We ended up getting our entire living room set, 2 person love seat recliner, 3 person couch, old school reading chair with ottoman, all here. Very happy with this gem of a furniture warehouse.

We bought our first couch and recliner at Couch Potato 18 years ago. Today we went back to look for a new couch. The old one held up so well until this last year. They have a great selection and helpful staff. Even the customers love to compare their thoughts on all the comfy couch options.

Great service and a very focused inventory. These folks specialize in sofas and chairs. Theres lots to see and most people seem to special order with their choice of fabrics. Pricing is good...location and warehouse vs showroom style probably help keep overhead (and markup) lower. Quality ranges from mid up to better...this is not a bargain or designer showroom.

This is a warehouse filled with really nice furniture. We bout an electric recliner.Push a but and select where you want to set it.No big levers that take an arm wrestler to operateLooking forward to its arrival. Oh. And it comes in a box that fits into a hatchback car.😄
