One should realize, Miguel is a multitasker when you come in lots of times hell have two or three people in line and ask all of them what can I help you with ?. E.g. set your package on the middle counterand they (that person) thinks that he is working on them! And he is seemingly scattered but he is actually quite methodical. Even if theres three or four people waiting Ive never been in there for more than 5 minutes thats pretty goodI also very seldom leave reviews but I have always been happy going to this store no matter who is there theyve always had a good attitude and there always has been a parking place right out in front!
Staff is extremely helpful, polite, and well-versed. Can print shipping labels for a low cost and it’s a plus that there’s always good music playing.
My experience at this UPS was great. Miguel and the other employee were very competent and nice to me. I had to print some documents, get a notary sign, and mail the paperwork (Majority of UPS services). The whole process went very smooth
Manager Miguel always is always there with a big smile and ready to help even though Im always in a hurry he knows everyones expectations! I only like going here because the workers and manager knows everyone and what to help you with! Keep up with the good work ethic and smiles at this store even with this pandemic! :)

This store is a nightmare! AVOID!!! Miguel is a complete joke, I cant believe hes the manager. He must be related to the owner, no owner in their right mind would keep this toxic employee. He talks down to the staff, is super rude to the customers. Yells at a lot of customers if you read the reviews. Telling everyone I know to stay away from this place.

I have lived in Soquel for over 40 years and Ive never had such a horrible experience as I did with the Manager Miguel..I normally dont write a lot of reviews but I just couldnt let his lack of customer service and out right rudeness to people go unheard.Ive read a lot of the reviews and I wish I had read them prior to dealing with this Miguel person..and I use the term person loosely due to normal people dont act like he does towards customers

Manager Miguel is the very worst customer service person I have ever ever seen. Clearly he has anger issues and a bad temper. Read all the other negative reviews online, this place is a joke. Dont bother going in and being treated so rudely, go the UPS Store on 41st in Capitola!

Disturbing experience (obviously not the only one, look at the other reviews): Manager Miguel literally yelled at me and associate said “is there a reason why you’re raising your voice” because I repeated my phone number (which included area code) loudly because he didn’t hear. He kept saying (831)? when I said my whole number including area code. Since he wasnt hearing me through my mask, I used a louder voice and annunciated carefully! He then said is there a reason why youre raising your voice (uhh, duhh).The manager off to the side then immediately YELLED at me for raising my voice (seriously lol) because I repeated myself because the associate apparently didnt understand some people do not have 831 area codes..This was as insane as it seems, something was off with the manager, the other guy needs to listen carefully. This is something that anyone who experienced would follow up with, calling UPS to complain.UPDATE: the owner is insane as per so many other reviews here and on Yelp. He is belligerent and projects his own faults on to customers.

Dont go to this store. Miguel, the store manager, helped me and he was incredibly rude, condescending and sexist. Hell point at you when he talks to you and cut you off in a second. I asked him to stop the behavior and his response was that if I didnt like it, I could pick up my packets and leave (I was making an Amazon return) while calling me sweetie and darling in a sarcastic tone. He actually laughed too. A complete and utter jerk.

I rarely leave reviews for businesses but these guys have consistently impressed me over the last 6 months. They give great service every single time I have interacted with them. Best UPS store I have used!
Employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable and willing to help out any way they can. Never had any problems and I personally have referred this location to many of my friends and family that ship on a regular basis. Owner pays attention to details as well as customer service. Store also offers a host of other services.

The people working here are friendly and helpful. I usually need some help to print specific sized enlargements to use as patterns for my art quilts. Their prices are also less for services such as passport photos than the UPS store on Soquel drive in Aptos. Clean, bright and spacious store.
Always, the best!!! I have to print a lot of random files and interesting things for work that my clients send me and the teamthere always helps me!They have a pretty strong team too, says a lot about the store in general.

Quick, easy and the staff is always helpful. They have one computer and printers with USB drives for easy printing. I prefer them to the other print and ship shop in Capitola by far.
The staff dropped everything and helped me to print my resume. I showed up frantic, needing to print out a resume. My printer would not work and I was close to being late for an important job interview. Thanks to the help of the UPS store staff I was able to get to my job interview on time, with my resume in hand.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever received in a UPS store. On my way to work I decided to stop in print my prepaid shipping label and package an iPad for delivery to a customer. The woman at the counter told me it would be $2 to print one piece of paper. I have never been charged to print one item for shipment at any UPS store before. Therefore I decided I would print the label from a computer at work instead.Later on my lunch break I decided to give the place a second chance I had my label and now just needed a box. I was told that an iPad could either be shipped for $10 in an iPad box or $2 less in a bag with peanuts. While I have shipped hundreds of tablets through other locations without any urge to write a review whatsoever. I decided this was over the line.Typically an iPad costs me $4.50-$6.00 to package. This is a box, bubble wrap surrounding the ipad, peanuts in the box, sealed with a label cover as well. When I was told that my only option was an expensive iPad box or a bag and some peanuts, I realized I would never be returning and that I would have to take on the unfortunate task of writing a review about my bad experience.The second person of the business I spoke to was a young man who upon hearing how I felt about my experience in the store got volatile, irate, and upset with me. He eventually revealed that he was the business owner, and that they are a franchise separately owned and operated. While that is understandable for some basic differences the experience I had was drastically different from that of the experience I have received in any UPS store.While an independently owned store may operate differently this is a misrepresentation of the UPS brand which I formerly only knew as a friendly, and helpful enterprise.
