I wasn’t sure who could work on this 63’ Mini and was referred by Sterling to Arlo at Import Car Center so I have it a shot. I just needed come basic things done and was really impressed with Arlo’s knowledge and extra things he found and was able to fix for me. I had a great experience although I do feel the business operations and communications to the customers could definitely improve. I would highly recommend Arlo to anyone with a classic car such as mine.

Awesome car shop! Really layed back friendly staff that really listens and doesnt pressure you into any purchases. Ive only dealt with the salesman Patrick but he was awesome and very welcoming. Plus they have a lot of sweet foreign cars, if youre interested in one go ask for a test ride.

This is the only place that would service my Mercedes van. The price seems fair on the work for did. Everybody at the shop was extremely friendly.

These guys are out to make a quick buck wherever they can. $48 dollars for a state inspection and we didnt get a sticker. Instead, they gave us a list of repairs they claimed the car needed ($800 worth) before they would inspect it. As we had just bought the car from a mechanic, we were in disbelief. Not only did the mechanic take extremely good care of the car, Im not as ignorant of cars as the men took me for. We took the car to another mechanic and immediately received an inspection sticker, no questions asked, and for over $30 less! The guys at the Imported Car Center saw a young couple walk in the door and proceeded to reach into our pockets for all thy could grab. Thankfully I know my cars well enough to see what they were trying to do. I sincerely feel bad for anyone else that goes there because theyre probably unknowingly overpaying. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I purchased a 10 year-old Audi from Autosport - I found them via a Google search of my target vehicle. Arlo and Jacques were my contacts. An out of state buyer, I had many questions about the vehicle and transaction. All of my questions were answered, the transaction and possession went smoothly and as agreed upon. Bought a Audi 3 months ago, noticed service was half way through and asked to have them cover the service, after a few calls reluctantly they did. Then this past week noticed paint chipping off of the front fender. Take the car to a body shop to find out it had been painted before, call to have Auto Import go good for the paint job and after ignoring our repeated phone calls they refuse to cover it! They sold me a 12,000$ Car with this information. So now i am going to be out 450.00$ and I will Never do business with them again!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Bought a car has been in 3 different shops. They had it for over 6 weeks and didn’t fix some of the issues found by others. I’ve only put 5,000 miles on it and it’s a nightmare. 1 star is a gift.

Took my Classic 1994 XJS Jag V-12 in with a nightmare of problems. They treated me great and took care of business. Liked them enough to buy a 2007 Jag XK from them and I am one happy customer.

I brought my 2005 Volkswagen Touareg in to have some changes made to its Vag-com.I like the way I was treated. They were nice and the person doing the work was knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable.

Brought my vehicle in for a power steering issue. $1400 later was told that they did not fix power steering problem because they wanted to save me money. So had to have problem fixed at another repair shop with more down time. Had car flat bedded down to dealership, windows were left open and was charged to have carpets removed and car dried out, blamed it in tow truck driver, no one from dealership walked out to make sure car was parked in proper space and windows were up. At $90 an hour one would expect more. Go else where.

These guys seem to go out of their way to bring you unique, obscure, and rare cars. As an enthusiast, its a must see.

A great local shop and dealer. They can work on just about anything, but specialize in European and the rare and obscure.

Said y husbands car woul be ready on a Tuesday. It wasnt ready until Thursday on 2 separate occasions. It was ready a day later than they said on a third. Three for three-HORRIBLE!
