They dont have much in stock. Surly staff ignored me for 10 minutes until another customer called on them, so theyd notice me. Didnt bother to check what I asked, just shrugged. Then tried hard to sell me/renew my membership, saying I can use it to get $5 free gifts on Steam. Thanks but no, thanks. Gamestop needs to go.

Would be nice to have some indication as to when it is scheduled to open or to consider opening. UPS delivery attempt stickers plastered the doors! Some dated a while ago!

As an occasional gamer, I found myself needing another controller. I.bought a BRAND NEW camo controller in January of 2020. After two days, I realized the charging port was shorting out with my other ps4 USB cable as well as the joystick sticking. I brought it back and was told there was no issue with it.. Definitely a lie and I made them exchange it for another brand new controller. The new one seemed fine for a few days. Then I noticed the down button was not responding to inputs consistently. I tried to exchange it again but was told I can only do that once for a product. Understandable, but seeing how this was a brand new product, shouldnt there be coverage on it? I was basically told no without any explanation. I lived with the controller issue for a while as that button doesnt get used very often. But in March, the controller started shorting out with the charging port, just like the other. Then I noticed a trigger sensor would stick even though the trigger itself would spring back. Here I am, months later and multiple buttons have stopped working consistently and I have struggled in repairing it time and time again.I believe that they sold me a used controller, both times, tagged as a new controller, and have only shrugged off any complaints I have had.Well what should I expect coming from the company that tried to force their employees to deal with confrontation with the law when unessential retail stores were forced to close?Cant wait to watch them go out of business. Best buy, Walmart are both better choices for in store gaming needs.

Love the new layaway feature. Cashiers are always extremely helpful. Though I must say it is extremely annoying to have cashiers begging you to purchase add ona or more items. It is my understanding that is a corporate requirement. We hate it.

The young man that was working when I came in with my family was very helpful and helped my son find a new xbox game that he absolutely loves!

I was disappointed with the service. I tried to trade in a few items and they did not take them. I understand why not for a few devices but the others I thought they should have given me a trade. It was a iPhone 6 that did not turn on but on there website they said they would take it. Otherwise they were kind and helpful.

They really dont see value in their relationship with their customers even when issue was brought to the attention if their regional manager. Im so disgusted by whats happened in this store that I may make a few more purchases here out of necessity but really I rather buy my merchandise from a bot then deal with a company that doesnt care about their customers. Im actually afraid of the recourse that will come from this. If that doesnt say alot then nothing does. Your getting your wish Gamestop. After I make these last few purchases, I will be done with your company. Congratulations Gamestop.

Bought a Xbox one and two games last Monday 4/9/18 and had to bring it back Wednesday 4/11/18 because they sold me a defective Xbox one brought it back they gave me a new one said that this one shouldn’t give me problem but I’ve been trying to download gta 5 since Wednesday and it reached 75% and wouldn’t go away farther and now I’ve tried call of duty infinity warfare started the download yesterday morning left it on all day yesterday and today while I was at work came home at 22pm and it’s only at 2% also I live 45 mins away so now I have to drive back down for the third time and keep wasting gas because they sold me defective stuff. Me and my two brothers will no longer be memebers of game stop.

Horrible business. May be run by the devil. Anything you can get here you can get cheaper and easier online. Avoid at all costs.

The employees at this location have been extremely pushy on buying additional things. I work retail and understand the need to upsell and get add ons, but by my third polite refusal of an extra item, stop asking. Their suggestions are usually vague and not connected to what Im shopping for which is also annoying.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Many game titles and for all platforms.

Good customer service. Bought a used Xbox One and it ate my GTA Disc, caused damages to it, then stopped working completely. Used Xbox stunk of cigarets and was very dirty. I thought they would at least clean used consoles before reselling them. Definitely going in after work tomorrow to exchange it and hopefully get a new GTA disc.

They sold me one of the display games because they were out of new ones and still charged me for the new price even though theres the GameStop sticker on the hard case. !!!!Games are way over priced!!!! If it can be avoided dont use GameStop use smaller chains such as Disc Replay or M & M video games. P.s. dont let them put the little circular clear sticker on your game case after purchasing it. It leaves a crazy sticky residue it youll never get off the case.

GameStop in general is dying out. Still store clearly is becoming anemic.
