Maple syrup based store with a large variety. Only thing is I must admit that it is a bit pricey.. but good store to get what you want, maple based products.

Great selection of maple syrup, candy, and assorted VT goods. Farm fresh meat is available including different types of sausage, ham, and bacon. This is also one of the few places I have found to buy distinct varieties of Cabot cheese.

This place has great items but BE CAREFUL and pay in cash my boyfriend got 39$ worth of stuff and got charged 39$ twice they where not that bothered and told him to go to the bank the bank told them it was actually charged at dakin farms. He spoke to the auditors they where not very nice so he lost 39$ No one cared so I guess we have to pay cash every time now.

I love the variety of cheeses and maple syrup‘s that they had. They had barbecue sauces and dips among other things. My favorite was definitely the maple syrup. Decent prices

Once you have had their pure Vermont maple syrup youll NEVER want anything else. I use the dark on my pancakes and French toast and it is AMAZING. The people working there are very friendly and really know their products so they will be able to answer any questions you may have. Its location is withing walking distance from the hotels in that area. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the discontinued the 1 liter glass jugs of syrup. They need to bring back the glass. I promised you once you have their syrup you will NEVER be able to use store bought commercial products. Youll taste the difference with the very first bite and be hooked like me.

Its a very cozy place to shop and they have crazy free tasting which is nice! Their products are really good! I got this for my waffles.. Yum!!!

We do corporate gifts through Dakin every year and I can not recommend them enough. Super simple online ordering and easy to work with on the phone for bulk orders. They have a great selection of local products and the store has some tasty samples.

Hands down one of the best places to get Vermont products such as cheese, meats, and maple syrup. during the summer they have maple Creamees that are to die for. I love going!

Lots of Yummy samples.....If you cant go to the main store, this is the second best. The ladies at the counter are very helpful, specially if you need help with gifting.Tip: the locals get Grade B Maple Syrup (AKA Dark with Robust Taste Grade A) I buy a gallon and that will last us for about a year or so.Theres a variety of cheese spreads, preserves, maple spreads.... The sausages, pepperonis, salames are all tasty. The Spiral Ham is a holiday feast you can have with or without a holiday! Cheers!

Went in just to sample the yummy cheese and sausage. Ended up with all sorts of goodies. Had a blast looking at everything. Such great tasting food. Front counter staff could be a little more personable.

Simply the best of Vermont, which means some of the best worldwide. The meat, the maple syrup, the smoothies, you name it, its all premium grade at barely above store-bought prices. Great online selection and site, too.

Dakin Farms is great. They have the best bacon I have ever had. Lots of different things things to buy. Whenever I am in the area I stock up.

We love the food here. We have sent so many gifts to clients, friends and family. We are always met with Rave reviews when we send their packages.Just wish someone would send us one.

First off...You can get most off the stuff online or by catalog...But too walk in, and get samples if great!!But my one problem...Get new cash registers!!It took nearly 20 minutes to run a credit card, since one register crashed/locked up, and the other one would not connect....Ended up going to a 3rd machine...Employee was very apologetic, but said it happens more than it should...Meaning it was too common an issue....Due to old dated equipment.

I like Dakin Farm products but their turn around time for standard shipping (4-10 days and its always at least 9 days) is WAY TOO LONG!I ordered a gift last tuesday and today (7 days later) reciebved confirmation that the package was just shipped today. I dont understand why it takes a mail order business 7 days to process & ship a package. I encounter this every year. Makes sending a last minute Dakin gift package impossible unless you want to spend lots of $ on overnight.

The farm products are sold abundantly and are fun. I want to stop by to buy souvenirs.

Here you can find what is most typical of Vermont: maple syrup, pancake mix, maple popcorn, maple vinegar, honey, various desserts .... cheese and salami but also kitchen linen, knick-knacks, plush etc .... there are also hand-painted clay saucers from a lady del.posto that as molds for the decorations, use flowers that lies in the woods. In short, if you want to bring something nice home, this is the right place!
