I’ve gotten my last 3-4 electric wheelchairs, my bed & a shower chair from here & I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The people in the building & those on the road are friendly & knowledgeable of the product you’re getting. Thank you for all the help throughout the years & the most recent time.

I would like to thank this company they were able to repair my chair in a very timely manner when the company that I bought the chair from was unable to repair the chair, their staff is incredibly polite knowledgeable and professional I look forward to doing business with them in the future

STAY AWAY FROM NATIONAL SEATING & MOB ILITY! I was measured for a chair in October. It is now nearly April and still no wheelchair. Now I find out that they were told almost 2 months ago that there was no prior authorization or pre-determination needed for my wheelchair and that they were told this but submitted authorization requests for after market items I expressly said I did NOT want or need. Those items were (rightfully) denied by insurance (I dont need them, that is why I said dont order them!) and I STILL have no wheelchair. Nobody at NSM either at the local branch or at the corporate office will return a phone call once I found out that they tried to order unnecessary and unwanted parts. Smacks of fraud or incompetence. Both are unacceptable.
