While my car was here, I was constantly updated with any new information regarding my car or my insurance. Throughout the process, I had helped from Edgar who also provided assistance with a rental car I had to use while my car was getting repaired. From the few times I was actually in the shop, the employees were hospitable and professional. I definitely recommend this shop.

Frank was fantastic and they did the best auto body job ever. They even took care of a minor dent because they wanted my car to look perfect coming out of their shop. I won’t go anywhere else and recommend them to everyone!

Derick, Gabriel, and the rest of the team over at Elite Collision Center did an excellent job on my vehicle. There were several areas with damage on my car and they handled them all at a fair price. They also got me set up with a rental car while they did the work for a great rate. Great start to finish. Glad to be riding in my car now that all the damage is fixed. I traveled a long distance to have this specific company do the work on my car and the results prove that was the right decision.

Really excellent service. Scratched my mustang and the repair is flawless. Also, the service is very affordable. The repair is extremely fast and I am able to get my pony back within 2 days. The communication is very clear and informative.

I found this place because it was nearby and I figured sure why not. So, I gave it a try and talked to Edgar about custom work trying to get a front bumper installed and everything. I was confident enough to follow through with it. It looks great the only thing was it did take time to get everything in tip top shape other than that very Satisfied. Very good communication as well. Well worth the wait.

Its the great auto shop/collision center you can rely on. Derick and Frank took care of the whole procedure to communicate with my insurance and gave me hands-free experience. My Acura was rear-ended and damaged the rear bumper. Instead of taking my car to my insurances network that told me to get a new bumper, Elite Collision inspected further and repaired the rear bumper reinforcement for me through the claim.

I took my girls car her to get fix and they did help us also i send my nephew to get help here and send alot of friends to get help the bad part is that i went and ask about a car estimate to dis guy about 1 month ago and the havent answer me or bother to call me i have call them txt them and they dont answer is really bad customer service at lease call me and tell me that u guys dont want to help me and dont have me waiting

I took my car into shop for one problem and came out with multiple problems. In short manager was not honest about issues they called while my car was in the shop and still have problems with car after taking out of shop. I prefer not to take car back and have more problems so took care of problem myself. My only suggestion if you have them put everything in writing before working on your car

Great people got all my original parts from my brand new car and quick too ... got rear ended pretty bad and they made it look like brand new best customer service iv had in a long time ... highly recommend.
