This place is a scam, plain and simple. They accept online orders under many different names, authorize the purchase successfully on your credit card, but then cancel your order citing high risk order. They refuse to explain themselves, and never deliver the parts. AVOID.

This address is linked to Toyota Parts Deal and have terrible customer service from my experience. I attempted to check availability of 8 parts and the customer service rep said they could only check 5. This was for a complete set of windshield trim and without 1 piece the rest of it is useless. I went elsewhere with my business.

They have refused to send me two missing lug bolts but keep talking nonsense!I was talking about two missing lug bolts. They sold me a new axle shalt with only four bolts, two bolts were missing. The two bolts were missing because the package was damaged during shipping. They have to send me two missing bolts! The axle shaft assembly comes with six bolts from the factory!They dont know how to run a business, because they didnt know that we were arguing on BBB.org? the whole world will see how terrible their business is nothing but up sale and trick customers!They have a such very poor customer services!I can tell out loud to the whole world that I will not buy anything from NissanPartsDeal again

This company is affiliated with different online parts stores. One of them was Nissanpartsdeal.com they sent me the wrong part and refused to admit it that they made a mistake. Wrong part in the bag. Excuses ranging from superseding parts to interchangeable. No returns or refunds from their mess up. Even provided photos of their part sent and another company that I bought the correct part number on bag, correct part in bag. Proof error on their part. Just excuses, parts under $8 cant be returned, even if they sent the wrong part in the first place.I believe the reviews posted on here from the negative 1 star reviews, it happened to me also. I give them 0 stars if I could.They want your money and no customer service is not their moto. Look up BBB reviews and you will see. I learned my lesson the hard way. Should have looked at reviews on this company at all angles and found their scam is legit on treating customers and taking money. If you order a radiator cap and get a fuel cap. You are stuck with it.I help people to avoid from a cheap purchase to expensive one, just avoid them and their affiliated online parts stores.

The service is terrible! They send me the wrong parts. I am asking for a refund and they are taking forever to issue my refund. I’ve been dealing with this for over a month, and again my order was correct, they send the wrong parts!Ineptitud at its best!!

I ordered a part based on their online advertised pricing. They took my money, then told me they required more money to complete processing my order.On September 8, 2019 I ordered a part from Auto Parts Prime DBA Infiniti Parts Deal. The part was listed at $17.26. Sales Order number XXXXX. I paid via paypal and my account was charged a total of $26.29 after taxes and shipping expenses. The following day September 9, 2019 I received an email stating that the part I ordered and paid for had increased in cost and they required an additional $8.43 to process the order I had already paid for online based on their advertised price. When I contacted customer service they told me they could not honor that pricing based on their terms and conditions in their sales agreement. This practice is 100% illegal.Classic bait and switch.

I ordered the wrong item and cancelled within three hours. I was told at cancellation that the item was processed for shipping--received notification the next day it was being processed for shipping. I was charged for return shipment and a restocking fee. A $49.65 purchase resulted in a refund of $21.70. These guys are crooks.

Ive been ordering here for over a year now when I need spare parts for my Nissan 370Z. Ive never had any problems so far and dont understand the bad reviews. I was always given friendly help and the spare parts usually arrived in Germany faster than stated. NissanPartsDeal.com by Auto Parts Prime Inc. is my all-time favorite! I prefer to order here than from us in Germany. The website is super structured and I can find all parts immediately and everything is 99% available. I think once there was no screw. Otherwise I always received everything and despite shipping and taxes it was almost always cheaper than if I had ordered it in Germany. Just as an example: A screw in Germany costs 9-25 € and at NissanPartsDeal 1-5 €. I would like to thank the whole team and look forward to my package, which has already arrived in Germany, and to further cooperation.Best regards from Germany
