Trash customer service, products welding is trash and would not reimburse/ help fix problems for my exhaust.

Ive purchased the most high end product for my car and to find it came with stains all over the finish. The customer service rep at Invidia (Gordon) was incredibly rude as he didnt care about the highest end product arriving with stains. He told me to go to a gas station and rub gasoline on the exhaust as my only solution which I cant legally do as I dont have a safe way to transport fuel. The 1 star represents an employee not caring about a product arriving with stains burned into the finish of a product, not reaching out to his team to figure out why products are shipped to customers in that fashion. Spent weeks waiting to be told to rub gasoline on an exhaust system.
