We made initial purchase and it was a good price with free shipping. The part worked well and we were very satisfied. However, we made another purchase shortly after that and we asked via the computer ordering system for another part via charge. The computer said our order couldnt be put thru. We didnt understand that so kept trying to put it thru. It kept saying the same. So we called our credit card company and they told us that there were multiple charge requests for the same part from the company thru pay pal. We did not even request pay pal. It seems to me that they either have a problem with their computer system or something. We made 2 attempts to notify them via the on-line service person ... no response to our mail. We called 2 days in a row and never got a response. That seems very shady to us.

Ok thanks for the reviews and information, I will not buy my parts here then.
