I have left so many emails. I have tried reaching out to reach them on Instagram and Facebook and no responses . My parents live in California and are going to drive there to the company and see if they can get the hardware that was lost.

Fake reviews. The guy who take the phone call was rude, just “hello”, no ask who are you, customer or what, in the last, he will telling you, our product was expensive, you should go to other store to get it.

Beware poor quality glass doors dont buy if you dont want the nightmare. Buy at your own risk. Very poor quality product. The glass door shattered to pieces for no apparent reason. One would think that this would be 100x stronger than the regular old medicine cabinet mirror, it is actually the opposite of that. The seller is horrible when you try to get your problems resolved. They will not offer a replacement even if the purchase was made less than three months. The glass door panels were made for a no touch display only. Not for actual usage. Beware.
