The Arter Neon team was so pleasant to work with! We had been reaching out to multiple sign companies for a neon sign at a good price, and after hearing from Arter Neon, we stopped our search regardless of a cheaper option. They were friendly, prompt with their email responses and mock-ups, and very understanding when we changed our mind on sizes a couple times. Arter Neon Sign was great! They are extremely quick to respond to any inquiries regarding quote or sizing. I needed a LED neon sign for an event and had a quick turn around of 3 weeks. I was nervous we wouldnt have enough time for production, but I submitted a design, they created a mockup for me and turned it around in 7 days. And it looked fantastic.I asked several shops for quotes, and they had the best pricing, fastest turn around, and they make it in their factory in the US rather than China. It was helpful that Im close to El Monte, so pick up was extremely easy and I was able to save on shipping. Highly recommend!

After a long search for local neon signs, I stumbled across Arter Neon Sign. Jenny was extremely helpful when helping me modify my designs and giving quotes for both neon and LED sign versions. They make do everything in-house (from making all the neon signs right at the back of their shop to the graphics and shipping) and have such a quick turnaround time. I would highly recommend doing business with them as they are very professional and reliable.

AMAZING! Was in a pretty big rush to get a custom neon sign for an upcoming event and Jenny was of incredible help. Not only did she go over installation instructions, she also went out of her way and helped revise the design to look even better! Excellent customer service and the end product looked fantastic!

I worked with Jenny at Arter for a special build outdoor sign. Needed brackets added for mounting to withstand hurricane winds and a special wiring design to match an existing sign i was replacing. Sign came in great. Special brackets they added were top notch, heavier steel than i was expecting. Went well above the call of duty on this one.

As a graphic Designer - Ive always have fascination on classic neon signages. Having my own studio - I just need to have my company logo turn into one. Luckily i stumbled upon Arter Neon Sign thru Yelp after long research of online-based company. I wanted to see the quality before hand. Horrible business. Customer service was very poor. The product was unreliable and had to repurchase from another store. Poor quality, does not stand by their product quality. Not worth the time and money. Spend your money elsewhere.

Called in for a quote. Person on the phone was very rude and unwilling to help. I was quoted much higher than other shops. Dont waste your time or money on this business. Find somewhere else.

I purchased an LED SIGN from Arter Neon in March of 2010. Within a few months some of the LEDs burned out. Now the entire sign is fading out. I contacted the company and they recommended purchasing a new AC adapter from them to replace the crappy one they sold me to begin with. Very poor quality sign. I would be wary of purchasing anything from this company. They make poor quality signs and then dont stand behind their product. Look elsewhere if you want a sign that lasts more than a few months.

Very pricy and really bad service do not buy anything here you would find better deals online or at other stores just google it.
