First time at Casco South Elgin looking for a window part. Great display of products. Windows and doors (they manufacture) no middleman or semiskilled associate to guide you. The real deal. Went home picked up my supervisor .and she was impressed. We are working on two entry doors right now. The guy that helped us knew his stuff. Thanks Nick.

The only reason why I didnt give a 5 star is because of how long I had to wait for my door. I put a deposit down first week of December. I was told it would be four weeks until my door would be installed. It was not ready until the third week of February. Thats 10 weeks! Now that the door is finally installed, its beautiful. I purchased a door and a storm door. The installers were very professional, punctual, they worked well together and they took their time to make sure their work was perfect.

Garbage windows, had them installed in our new home in 2001. They leaked, the wind blew through them. We called and called. No one would help resolve the problem. Now I have rotted windows that look horrible. These people are the absolute worst in the industry. They get your money and gone. My home was a custom built home, not a cookie cutter home. We contacted casco years about this problem, they tried to blame the installer. The builder is a class A builder. These windows, have been trouble since day one

I had them replace window seals. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They were able to inspect all of my windows and doors and only replaced what they felt needed to be replaced. Very Professional

After contacting the company they came out and remade some of the windows which now open and close.My landlord recently had storm windows from here installed and theyre awful. The windows are difficult to open in a good case and impossible to open in a bad case. I wouldnt want these installed on my residence.

Casco windows are the shame of American manufacturing! My condo builder installed these windows and almost every unit had Casco come out under the warranty to adjust and repair their lousy product. I live on the ninth floor and the repairman was afraid of heights. They were never able to fix anyones (of the 63 units in our building) windows simply because they are so poorly made. Actually I felt bad for the servicemen as there was little they could do. Never ever buy this product or youll definitely be sorry.!
