Tim and his staff are extremely honest and caring people. My husband and I bought two vehicles from Stryker about 5 years ago. We have many set backs in our lives and Tim was always understanding and worked with us through each and every bump in the road we had.Today, I went to pick up both titles to our vehicles and Tim had them ready and it was a pleasure to purchase vehicles from him. Start to finish this was a great experience!True Story:I did NOT have the best credit. I hadnt bought a car in over 10 years.He worked hard to find Financing and then BEAT their offer.Fair price, the car is beautiful, clean, a smooth ride. No mechanical issues.Now I have to go back to get my daughter a car for HS graduation next year!

STAY AWAY! I went to take a look at a truck for a friend and found that the FRAME was RUSTED ENTIRELY THROUGH. They had put TAPE over the holes and PAINTED OVER IT to hide the rust and damage. Probably one of the most dishonest used car salesman offenses I have EVER SEEN.

Bought a ram 2500 from this place, not even 24hrs later my truck is on a tow bed due to the wheel bearing and ball joints blew out. Dealership wouldnt work with me because Im in WI and hes in IL. Told me the truck was safe and reliable. Be careful what you buy from this place.

My experience at Stryker Auto was great! I had never purchased a car by myself before - let alone from a small dealership - but Stryker Auto made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy and special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for a quality car that is reasonably priced (especially those who wish to avoid an overly-aggressive salesman). Tim, the owner/president, helped me out and made sure I had everything I needed before I drove home. I even got a complimentary car wash! Tim was also very easy to contact when I had questions after the sale. The experience I had beats all experiences Ive ever had at large dealerships!

I have called this place multiple times and asked them to stop sending me invoices for a man that no longer lives with me, and the owner would rather argue about the number of times ive called then to actually respect my request. What a rude guy. Id be ashamed to work for this man.

Made it easy for me to buy a car, even with credit as bad as mine. he even let me upgrade my car last year. Just be honest to them and they will help you thru the hard times. I guess if you are not planing on making your payments you can expect to get repossessed, like at any other dealership.Thank You GuysI will be back for that Honda next, lol
