Owner was terrific. I know she was busy when she took on my project but she asked when I would prefer to have it done. Which would have been 50% faster than her normal lead time but she got it done anyways. I will return and encourage others to patron this small business.

Sharon dose the stitching for all of my companies shirts, hats and hoodies. She always dose a fantastic job, and is very nice lady.

Beautiful shop, great selection of fabrics for the quilters. I needed a quilt finished and Twisted Stitchs prices were very reasonable and the owner was able to get my full sized quilt done in 3 weeks (where other people told me 5-6). I asked for a simple pattern and I am very pleased with the quilting and the price. I will definitely go back.

Lovely quilt shop. Well stocked with a great variety of quality fabrics. I could have spent a lot more time and money. But I stopped on a whim and didnt have any projects lists with me.

As a small business owner take pride in my work. I love creating embroidery on personal items for customers and Im not responsible for items. I enjoy what I do. Im a creative and nice person. I wouldnt have opened my shop to be disrespectful. Thank you

Do not go here! Owner is unapologetic and refuses to correct mistakes and admit fault. I went and had three items personalized with embroidery and only one of the items was correct. After explaining and detailing to SHARON where I wanted items personalized she took upon herself to do it how she wanted and even went so far as to admit she wasnt quite sure or couldnt remember what I had specified. She messed up a $60 under armour hoodie and a $90 Nfinity backpack! She offered no solutions or apologies when I asked about misplacement of personalization. After trying several times to resolve the issue in a business like manner she yelled at me and told me never to come back to her store or call or she would charge me with harassment. Simply ridiculous to be treated this way !

Dont take your machines here to be serviced because you will have more problems than you had to begin with.
