Hours here on Google show they open at 9AM. Hours are not posted at the door. It is now 9:10. Called the number on Google and got an automated message saying “please enter your remote access code”. Store appears fully stocked through windows. Store lights were still off but the office was open with lights on. Did not see anyone walking around inside. Guessing either 9AM is wrong opening time and a wrong number on Google? Hours and phone number show same on GNC website as well.
Gerardo is full of knowledge and well verse in the subject of health. At first he is not talkative, but with good reason he is not there to try to sell you something he is their if you need his help. Once I was able to let go of the brands I felt loyal too and take suggestions from what he was offering I was able to save money and grow knowledge of the products. I highly recommend talking to him and using his knowledge to better seek your own goals in fitness and in health. I would usually shop online for most of my products, but with fears of brick and mortar stores closing I dont mind paying a little more to keep this place open.
This store provides me with excellent customer service and always gets me the products that I need. The associates here arent pushy and really get to know you and what you are looking to accomplish with your health and wellness. Definitely will be coming back in the future!
Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I dont go to GNC often but was very impressed by the time he took answering my questions and showing me options for what I was looking for.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I WOULDNT SEND MY WIFE THERE. I called asking what are the top 2 seller diet supplements so I can research and see if its appealing. The guy said come in to the store and Ill let you know. I told the guy I wouldnt want to do that because there might be customers. The employee still insisted I come in and told me he would not tell me over the phone. Its easier if I come in.... COME ON MAN! Its covid and you really want me to come in. Drive to your store just so you can tell me something Im asking you over the phone. No wonder these people are going out of business. I called a second time another day to talk to the manager. An employee told me there are only 3 people who work at the store and it wasnt him but also stated. In his on words. Im a sales guy, what good does it do me if I tell you over the phone..... Wow. This GNC retail business is obviously just out to sell you what ever, not really attending to the consumer. Just come in. Spend gas, waste gas, take a trip from miles away just because I dont want to tell you over the phone. My wife goes there and we will never go there again. I will tell 10 people word of mouth about GNC and I hope this review tells 100 people. GO TO VITAMIN SHOPPE. THEY ARE ON THE UP, FAR BETTER SERVICE, WELCOMING AND PRICES ARE BETTER. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN LIKE THE REST THAT ARE CLOSING
Gerardo is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! He knows what makes good products what they are and how they stand out. He is so welcoming every time I come. It is a little bit of a drive for me but it is well worth it for the expertises and service. Definitely the only place I’ll go for my stuff !

Just went in for Protein. Unfortunately the brand i used was out of stock for now. But the employee their was extremely helpful. Not only did he order the product he ship it to my house for free within 24hr. Very helpful establishment. Wouldnt go anywhere else
I usually go to vitamin shoppe but I happened to come across this GNC on my way to caputos. I was surprised to see that they really dropped their prices from years ago when I was a member with them. They also have some brands Ive never seen before. Their variety is great and the prices were the same or better on almost all my vitamins. The cashier was much friendlier than most stores Ive been to. Ill definitely be back.

Been using this GNC for years and just now got told they have a minimum of $10 if youre using a card. Nice job trying to upsell people by telling them they cant charge anything under $10. When half your employees will charge for a single drink then you know youre full of it. All good, Ill buy my drinks and products else where.
I’ve been going to this location for a while now. I gotta tell ya, Gerardo takes care of you. He goes out of his way to answer any questions you might have; very informative about the products that the location has and will compare and explain differences between competing supplements.
Every time I visit I get well taken care of by the gentleman who works there I didnt get his name but hes great. I feel like he tries to give me the best deals every time I visit

Mis-Representation. Not Vet Friendly.Went in today to buy some flax seed oil. Saw they had stickers on front glass of every branch of service. As an active duty veteran this implies to me they are welcoming us, when I asked if they give veteran discounts the clerk got snotty and said, We dont give donations any more.To that I said you should take those stickers down because vets giving the govt a blank check up to and including our lives IS a donation we all made for your freedom. Giving us in return a small discount shows appreciation for that commitment.DO NOT SHOP HERE.BOYCOTT.
Sold me expired prenatal vitamins. I dont know why they even have it on their shelves
The sales man compared two similar products to car oil when I asked what the difference was and wasnt very helpful.
