I’ve been a patient at the South Elgin AccuQuest office for four years and would recommend it to anyone who needs hearing aids or wants to have their hearing tested. From my first visit when my hearing loss was accurately diagnosed and intelligently, clearly, thoroughly explained to me by Pina Patel in a way that felt personalized to me, to my most recent, very kind, considerate and professional follow-up exam by Curtis Watson, H.I.S., I feel I have always received excellent, expert care at this center. At the front desk, Jenny is a magician at maintaining my file, producing needed forms and records in a flash, submitting billing, fitting in appointments that work for me, and just generally supporting my needs as a patient wearing hearing aids, even going above and beyond on more than one occasion. The staff have always made me feel welcome and comfortable, and they continue to teach me new things about hearing on each visit. The office itself is bright, modern, attractive and seems immaculately clean. Best of all, even though my hearing loss is not extreme, has been the joy of re-experiencing sounds that were lost before, from birds chirping outside my window to the conversation of family, friends and co-workers - without having to constantly ask “What did you say?” All in all, my years as an AccuQuest patient at this location have been a very good experience for me; I hope it will be there for a long time to come.
