Staff were friendly and working really fast for an EXTREMELY busy night. The vanilla dipped cone was excellent but the chocolate based blizzard was soupy and not thick. It could be because of the volume of customers means the machines dont cool the ice cream product as well, but not sure. Flavors were excellent though.

Seems to be a franchise that actually cares about their restaurant similar to the McDonalds Bear family. Love going here afternoons.

Stopped in for ice cream for my 3 dogs and I. Dogs loved it! They ate theirs in the lawn out front.

Stopped in during our family bike ride and despite not having face masks, an associate come out and placed our order. We appreciate that soo much! Thanks for being understanding and helpful!

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday today and it was the best ever! I normally order from the St. Charles DQ but since I live in South Elgin now I figured I should give this location a try. Im so glad I did!! I called the day before I needed it and had special requests on frosting/design. They were so nice and accommodating and sounded willing to go above and beyond for me and boy did they!! My husband picked up the cake and brought it home and when I saw it, I could not believe how awesome it turned out!! It not only looked amazing, it tasted super fresh. Everyone commented about how great this cake was! The pride you take in your work did not go unnoticed. I really appreciated the extra effort they put it and it truly made my daughters birthday special. Thank you!!!

The Caramel Apple Pie Blizzard is the Worst Ever!!!!! Don’t know Why it’s even on the menu...,,I Waisted almost $6 bucks ..money down the drain...threw mine in the garbage 5 minutes later after ordering...

Great ice cream drive thru window lady had an attitude that would fit a giant.

Really good staff at this location. They also seem to be in a good mood. Lots of tchotchke DQ memorabilia on the walls and in cases. If that is your thing it is really cool to check out. Very busy in the evening on weekends but they will get with you quickly and with a smile.

Ice cream cake was not what I expected but it was ice cream. The BBQ sandwich did not have much meat on it. I have been here previously and got a BBQ sandwich which was good and filling.

Treats were prepared well but spent 30 minutes in the drive through.

I know accidents happen but its the first time ever in my life my debit card was dropped on the payment exchange. Normally making sure I had it before letting go...Both blizzards were squeezable n dripping down the sides idk how considering they are to be totally frozen enough to be turned upside down which is probably why they werent shown that way....either way pretty aggregated by the time I drove the 1 mile home holding one of them due to drippage.

I love soft serve, they do their best to accommodate you if you are not able to eat something on their Sunday or in their shake. They have a large selection and cater to dogs.

Always a great visit. People seem happy serving you. We go probably 3 to 4 times a week.

I downloaded the Dairy Queen app. It said I would get a FREE blizzard for joining. This location did NOT have it updated in their system. Also, I went in to get the $5 meal deal and was told that they did NOT have cheeseburgers available, only chili cheese dogs or regular hot dogs. I was VERY disappointed with this location and will NEVER go back there again!
