I started my shopping experience at American Heritage Motorcycles in South Elgin. I found a Harley there that I really liked. There was going to be a wait of a few days until me and my wife could purchase this particular bike because they didnt officially own it on trade yet. We decided we would go window shop at Fox River Harley since we had the desire to ride and thought we might rent one for the day to cure our riding fever until we finalized the deal on our other bike. We ended up finding a great bike and the staff had us approved at a way better rate. ( This was not AHM fault ). Once we decided to get our deposit back on the bike George had a horrible attitude. Today my wife went back to pick up the check and when she had to sign for it he threw the pen across the table to her. From the first time working with him I was not impressed with his professionalism. He should not be on the main floor let the guys like Brandon be in front they have great people skills and would probably make the business way more successful!!!

Staff is friendly and. Knowledgeable, products are the best and service dept. Are reliable. I have purchased and would again.

Its a shame that such a wonderful dealership is Closed. We will miss this dealership.Thank you for everything.
