Im an older person, and sometimes its hard to find workers that are willing to be patient with me. The store manager is so kind each time I come. she helped me find what I was looking for and explained everything to me about how to use my hair products. Then she helped me to my car. Thank you so much for your kindness

The Lady in the store, I think she is the manager, is the rudest, unhelpful person I have ever met. I go into the store often and its always the same dry, negative experience. If she doesnt want to work with the public maybe she should find another profession.

I love this store because of the lady that work there she always helpful n nice. I forgot her name I know she light skinned and thick build. She always help me wit my colors I wants.

Extremely poor customer service boarder line rude. The store manager had very little product knowledge and offered no help. I would never recommend this store to anyone EVER.

Customer service is horrible. Manager and employees are not friendly. I have visited this location a few times and its always the same. Blah! I come here for the convenience of being close to home, but I think it will be worth the drive to visit other locations for friendlier service.

Update the online hours!!! Says 7:00 here, pulled up at 6:15 & the door sign said 6:00!

Keianna was so helpful. I barley ever walk into Sally Beauty and Im glad I did. She answered my questions, she was honest and kind. Kindness and taking their time out of their day goes a long way. Im glad I got to work with someone so dedicated to customer service.

Really pleased with my experience at this store. Keyana recommended some excellent products that were perfect for my hair. She knows the stores products very well and, as a previous reviewer stated, is honest about them. I will return to this location next time I need help with hair products specifically to seek out her advice.

I love the store and the convenience of the location. They always have what I need, so yes the shelves are consistently stocked. The staff is why I gave this store two stars. They’re rarely interactive, never smile, and just an overall negative energy.
