The delivery was equally excellent: we were kept informed about when it was arriving, and when it arrived the delivery-men were pleasant, respectful, and efficient. Faith at the South Euclid branch was absolutely incredible. When the used mattress we ordered came damaged from the warehouse, she helped us secure an amazing discount (almost comparable to the used price) for the same bed ordered brand new. We even went to a different location she was assigned to that day to work directly with her because of how helpful she had been previously. Our new bed came yesterday and it was damage-free. We are overall very satisfied with the experience and would especially recommend Faith.

My Girlfriend and I went to the store last minute to purchase a mattress not knowing that they were about to close. Even though we ended up going with a different mattress (that they do not carry at Mattress Firm - which is not the stores fault), we had a great experience here. George was very helpful and attentive to our feedback and we like him enough that we felt terrible about going with a different mattress. If mattress firm carried the mattress we ultimately chose, we would have gone back and purchased it with them. Tip: always bargain the price - it can always be cheaper than advertised (yes, even when its already xx% off).

Very good product, but absolutely fantastic service. The mattress was scheduled to be delivered early afternoon but there was an issue and the driver was unable to make it. The manager and a salesman took it upon themselves to deliver the mattress after the store closed later that day. They didnt need to, but they wanted to make sure the mattress arrived as soon as it could and they went above and beyond their responsibilities to make it happen. Would suggest anyone go here to make sure they get the best possible service.

My initial impression of the Mattress Firm team is great. They were both helpful and knowledgeable. Only complaint is that theyre a little pushy with extras like adjustable frames and pillows, but thats understandable. A little bit of bartering with them got them to throw in a mattress protector for free, and their financing is flexible which was nice for a student budget.

I stopped at the Mattress Firm on South Euclid around mid-November because my previous mattress was giving me back problems.A gentleman named George helped me, and provided some of the best (if not the best) customer service I have ever gotten. He was friendly, patient and didnt try to sell me anything.George asked questions to get a sense of what was important to me, and helped guide me to the bed that was best for me personally. I was incredibly indecisive, and he never made me feel like I was a waste of his time. My mattress buying experience was actually enjoyable.Once my new mattress got delivered, I noticed the edge had some stitching that was coming undone. I talked to George about it, and he did not hesitate to fix it and make it right, even though the undone stitching was pretty minor.I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed. I have not gotten this level of customer service anywhere else in retail. Thank you, George.

After a minute, David came to greet me and asked what he could help me with. He lifted heavy mattresses so I could try what would be most comfortable. Durring the time I was buying my matress I was also moving and that process tends to throw curve balls, I was worried that buying a matress would just add on to the stress but I am very relieved to say that with the help of both Afrisha Lavine and Faith Parker I was able to make an informed purchase Afirsha was the floor person who showed me and my relatives new beds and she took great care to explain every detail of the purchase and I am very greatfull for her patience and ability to deal with the rather novel situation that was my mess of a move.After bringing my bed home some things came up and I was unable to take time to set up the mechanical part, that is when I called back and Faith Parker was able to help me set up a time for someone to come over and handle the install on fairly short notice this was very much apprecated as well.As for the bed, It is freaking amazing! It was worth every last cent!
