Highly recommend!!It was a long line and had to wait, but the wait is so worth it! The chocolate and the shakes are expensive but delicious.

My dinner was good I had meatloaf. Havent had meatloaf in years. Great flavor and a good sized portion. The key lime milkshake had awesome presentation. The actual milkshake lacked the key lime flavor. Tasted like good old vanilla. But definitely a good spot. The attention to detail is cool.

I highly recommend the Chocolate Emporium in Cleveland, OH for all your chocolate and candy needs. I reached out via email requesting a custom tray of delicious vegan goodies to be delivered to a friend on her birthday. Nathaniel got back to me the same day and helped answer all my questions. I called in and worked with Terry, who was very helpful, to select treats for the custom order. They allowed me to pick whatever items I wanted to add, noting they would adjust quantities based on my overall budget ($40). They delivered a beautiful tray to my friends house on a Sunday, free of charge because it was a local delivery. I cant recommend this shop enough. Im very happy with my whole experience and was so glad to be able to support a business local to my friend in Cleveland. I plan to place another order to ship to me in NC also.

Decent food, great service, good drinks, steampunk theme.I had the Meat loaf and mashed potatoes. It was so much food that I wasnt able to finish. The dark beer they had was nice and tasty and the service was good.The atmosphere was a nice and chill steampunk theme.3 drinks, 2 entrees, and a 20% tip = $96

Found a hidden drink that was AMAZING. They were sweet in letting me order it even though it wasnt on the menu. Everyone inside including the people in the gift shops were so polite.

I have been purchasing from this company for 4 years. I am always satisfied with the dairy free chocolate options. The management and service is impeccable! They value the quality of their products. I have gotten many people turned on to non dairy options. I cant say enough about this establishment except superb!

Delicious shakes, friendly service, lots of cool steam punk decor and items for purchase

Our server was Xiaoou. She was friendly and always bringing us more water and checking on us and we really enjoyed having her. We came at a very busy time and waited 45 minutes, but the food came out fast especially for a party of 6. The milkshakes easily serve two, the food is delicious, sweet, and very pretty. The menu has lots of well marked vegetarian and gluten free options. some workers in costume came and joked with us for a few minutes which was very fun. Milkshakes are around $12 and all-day breakfast options are around $15, with dinner options a little more expensive.

As a vegan and as a chocolate lover Ive tried many different chocolates and these are absolutely my favorite. The variety and quality are top notch. In addition, the customer service was terrific. When I called to add an item to my order they were friendly, professional, and helpful. I rarely if ever take time to write a review on anything, but these chocolates are exactly what Ive been searching for and well worth it.

I was so excited when I came across this website to see they offered vegan chocolate chips in bulk, for a reasonable price, and free shipping (or so I thought). I was then contacted after making the purchase and informed I would have to pay an extra 30 for shipping because international shipping is not free (he took some of the cost off) to which I said was fine. Product was shipped without an invoice so I was contacted directly by UPS company saying they were unable to get in touch with the owner and it’ll be sent back if they don’t get an invoice. I called and emailed but by the time the Chocolate Emporium replied, it was too late and it had already been shipped back. So they resent it WITH the invoice, and I got an email from the UPS informing me I owed an additional 70 dollars. I contacted Nathaniel (the owner) expressing my disappointment in this entire experience and all I received in an email was “I am sorry.” Poor customer service. First and last purchase.

Great assortment of chocolates, especially for those with intolerances to gluten or dairy.

I have a small baking business on the side and I love to use their chocolate chips for some of my vegan recipes. When I put vegan cookies out with the non-vegan cookies at parties, no one can even tell the difference! If youre vegan or gluten free, their products are perfect for you.

A local kosher chocolatier with wonderful service and really good variety of chocolates and other candies. The chocolate-covered popcorn is always a hit. They are now shipping their product two other parts of the country

Wonderful place to get gluten free and dairy free chocolate for the holidays.

The red velvet shake was pretty solid. The staff were very friendly all the way around. The shakes look pretty stellar and are backed up by the flavor. Pricey but the fancy test is worth it every once in awhile.

It was great! Love the website and delivery was super easy. Will definitely be using this again particularly around the holidays!

Bought the emporium dairy free, gluten free, vegan bark and it tastes amazing! I am gluten free and vegan, and I can finally say that I found THE BEST snack!

I luv the chocolate emporium, except every time i go its closed i wish that you guys had more convient hours, even tho u guys are a Jewish store. I highly respect Jews becaz several of my friends are Jews.

The chocolate was not bad, though dry and flaky. Not the qualiy product I had been led to believe the emporium served its customers.The appeal of the store was poor, the floor dirty and the glass smeared. I was afraid that there were roaches hiding under the display cases.As for the service, the girls were slow and rude.
