Not very many shoes to choose from. Need more energetic Workers

Needed to exchange a pair of shoes for my granddaughter that her dad bought online and the staff was very helpful in finding the right fit in the shoe she wanted.

The employees were attentive and friendly. They also have a nice selection and are up to date.

Selection could better but the customer service was excellent

Good selection of shoes,clean store, store associates are very helpful. Had to shop for my husband birthday he loved everything I purchased for him from footlocker. Saved the day👍🏾

Smaller store, but extremely helpful associates . They did not have shoes I was interested in for my size, but told me there is a new foot locker nearby that I should check great place!

Went in asked for Timberland Field Boots and the Girl didnt know what I was asking for and tried to sell me the Tall Boots till I Told her Thats Not the Field Boots. I had to walk out the store and Shake my Head. Got them at EastBay.

Love this location, well rather the employees there... particularly the store manager Maria... shes definitely a keeper and keeps me on the up and up with the latest and time best... as well as making sure I break out my coupons on the app she made me download... AWESOMENESS

Good selection great prices, however store is not open and its 12:07 pm.

Won a raffle for some sneakers, went in to buy and they had already sold my size to someone else. The associate showed me the list with name and size on it but it didnt matter either way.

Horrible Customer Service at this location. I will start by saying I only shop at Foot Locker.... I went to this location to buy my son some shoes for his birthday and they didn’t have the sponge bob Kyrie’s that we’re released yesterday. So I asked the employee to check the computer to find out which Foot Locker had them or if I could order them. The employee told me that his manager was too busy and that I would just have to call around.But I was the only customer in the store. 😔WOW

Everytime I go there the lady is always personable I feel like family instead of a customer. I really wish I knew her name,shes an amazing customer service representative.

This store has NOT BEEN open for a while and no one was there and no signage inform you of whats going on. Not good
