I had just left the gym and decided to stop and get a white chocolate mocha. After placing my order I realized I left my wallet at home. When I got to the window I informed the cashier to cancel my order as I left everything at home. She replied Dont worry about it. We already made the order. I was so grateful. I couldnt thank her enough. In that moment, it wasnt about money. It was about being human and doing something positive. That act of kindness is setting the tone for my entire day!! Thank you!!😊😇

Great location, they are *usually* quick. If you go in the AM or lunch, dont expect to use the drive thru - unless you want to wait 30 minutes. Outdoor seating area is a nice touch.

One of the worst Starbucks around. They have never recovered from 2020. The wait is interminable, they make mistakes on orders regularly, they are frequently out of stock for any iced tea lemonades or other specialty drinks. I stopped going and switched to Dunkin Donuts across the street. Thought I would give it a try again this morning. At 7:15, the front door was locked and I couldnt see anyone inside. Just awful.

I made an order at 11.25am, now is 12pm, my coffee is not ready yet. 35 minutes to make a coffee it’s too much.

I got my first Serious Strawberry Frappuccino here. It was absolutely delicious. Their staff were polite and their service was fast. They also have a wide variety of merchandise on display. They also offer complimentary Wi-Fi. The store is well maintained and I would definitely recommend this place.

You are unable to order new drinks. They refuse to mark their menu out of stock. They say corporate doesn’t allow drinks marked out of stock on their menu. Couldn’t get the drink I wanted so, I ordered something else with three shots of espresso my drink tastes like chocolate milk. I am sorry I keep giving them a chance. Time to go back to the local guy who actually cares about you. I can count on one hand the kind, hardworking employees at this location.

This Starbucks is one of the stores I avoid and go quickly to another one. I order a drink and recieve something totally different from what I ask for. I believe they gave my drink to two customers after me, that means they put the label for my drink on the wrong cup and I had to wait after they had gotten what they orderedMost stores at certain times do be busy.. this one seems to be stress outLet a word to the wise be sufficentThats it never ever ever ever again

This is apparently a very popular Starbucks. While my mobile order said it estimated it would take 8-11 minutes for my drink to be ready, it took them 18 minutes to get my drink out. Otherwise, this Starbucks was very clean and my drink was good.

The refreshers are awesome although some Starbucks will no longer offer peach juice per an employee.

Staff is always happy and friendly here.....I tip them generously (a buck per item purchased)

The only Starbucks where its a 20 minute wait in the drive thru but 2 minutes when walking in. Whats up with that?Do not allow pour-overs or long prep items to be ordered at the drive through. Its simple. Every time I give this location another chance, its a super long wait in the drive thru line even during off-peak hours.

This location is crazy busy if you use the drive thru. The product is good but expensive

I love this place especially the mango lemonade dragon fruit drink if i had to choose between coffee and a dragon lemonade this what i would go for with xtra xtra dragon fruit. the first time I had it i was in heaven i love 💕 it. Service at this location is horrible. They are slow, unorganized, and lack customer service. I also walked in and tripped over a floor sign they placed directly in front of the door. I have gone to this location many times and there is always an issue. The Starbucks on Chagrin is much much better!

This location serves your sandwich quickly but the hot butter steak was freaking cold, whats up with that, l am not coming back!!!

Just walked in at 7:15 and was told they’re not open yet. They’re supposed to open at 6:30 today.

You can’t ask for light ice or no ice because they put it in anyways they don’t care at all tried multiple times.

This review is the culmination of many stops here, against my better judgement. Every time I’ve gone to this location and ordered a got drink I’ve had to either throw it away or return it. Before you think I just be ordering some complicated drink, I order hot chocolate. Non-fat, no whip cream to be exact. Usually they give me a mocha and I have to take it back. Today, they clarified that I did NOT want a mocha so I was pretty confident that I would get my order right. WRONG. WRONG. At first taste all I could tell was there was a lot of peppermint syrup and whip cream. Ok, I can let the whip slide, but the more I drink the stronger and sweeter the peppermint is. I ended up throwing it away when I got home. That’s when I discovered they gave me white milk with peppermint syrup and chocolate bits. No chocolate, no mocha or vanilla syrup that’s used to make “hot chocolate”. I was drinking peppermint white milk. I’m beyond mad and this time for sure was my last time going there.

5 employees working took 4 minutes for one person to rudely tell me someone would be with me . TookAnother 2 min to get someone to come up no one said hi or was pleasant and the manager sitting said nothing. I won’t be back.

Great service with super friendly staff! The staff handled the rush great and all the orders were ready in a timely manner. They have tons of options as far as beverages and can make it however you want it within reason.

VERY busy and it was especially nuts during the height of the pandemic, but the staff here have always been extremely friendly, for all of five years I’ve come here, first as college kids wandering the Cleveland suburbs and now living in the neighborhood across the road. Happy to have it here.

Today was exceptionally slow; long line for drive thru complicated by slow service. Cashier was friendly but offered no explanation as to why everything was slow or the hold up of one of my two drinks. Drinks were good as usual.

Waited 20+ minutes for my coffee until a barista asked me what I was waiting on after everyone else in the store had gotten theirs and then it was made incorrectly. Three stars because the barista did realize I had waited long.

I love the people who work here. I come all the time, and they are such a cool crew. They know my dog because we get a puppachino every time. They also know my coffee drink and don’t question me like it’s too much caffeine and “am I sure I want that many shots”? They are always slammed but handle it well. I love this Starbucks! And so does my dog!

I love Starbucks. Im a proud, Gold card-carrying Starbucks member, but this store is one that I actually now try to avoid. The service is incredibly slow (in-store and drive-thru), and even mobile orders are well behind, even when placed 15 minutes ahead of time. I LOVE the energy of the staff, but its unfortunately just not a well-oiled, well-executed machine. If you can, spend a few cents more and drive to another location.

This location has gone down hill within the last year. No one knows how to make a decent cup of coffee. I’ve gone different days of the week at different times and it’s all been awful. Today my coffee tasted like water and nothing like what I ordered. I’m giving up on this location. Something needs to be done.

Best Starbucks staff around! When I moved up here from Florida I wasnt sure if Id find a Starbucks that has such a wonderful staff as the one in Venice. Well I found it right next to my place! The morning staff is so warm and inviting. Even on a bad morning for me they always put a smile on my face!

Ah, the place we love to go, and pay too much for coffee or a bit of food. But the ambience is pleasant, staff is pleasant, and, the people plugged in at their tables (and infinitum, it seems) are not unpleasant, either. It may be the den-like, zen-like atmosphere, but one actually feels good coming here. Likely its the airbcorne caffeine. Ive never been disappointed since theyve had the three basic brew to choose from. I feel like Goldilocks: Pikes Place is JUST right.

By far THE BEST Starbucks in town. The entire staff is amazing! They are intelligent, kind and hilarious! They always put a smile on my face! Great crew that I respect very much. Not an easy job dealing with grumpy, caffeine fiends. Love you guys!!!

Consistently the worst Starbucks in the area. Very slow service and I typically only order a black coffee or an americano. The americano is my favorite beverage, but they always make it with too few shots.

Very good & personable staff...Im a regular customer, therefore, I am known by my name and my coffee is made accordingly. The drive-thru is normally speedy unless you come between weekday a.m. rush hrs 8-9 am, which becomes pretty backed Up, however, they reallypush to keep the traffic flowing.

The drive-thru wait can sometimes be as long as 20 minutes. If an order is taking that long I believe its the stores responsibility to instruct the customer to park their car and come in. I do not like to leave poor reviews, but this is an ongoing issue.

Been coming here since April it’s now October my drink is never made right and today i was stuck in a line for 23 minutes, horrible cutomoner service. If it’s wasnt for the fact that i love startbucks i would stop going altogether but for now i will just continue to go to the Woodmere Ohio lication which at its busiest never fails me, this location should take some tips from there location manager.
