Ordered new kitchen countertops which included an island. Excellent customer service and responsiveness by Lou (Sales Representative) and Pat (Owner). Overall, the process was smooth, and the craftsmanship was great. Great experience.

1. Our first vanity, a sales associate Lou came out to the house and measured the dimensions wrong. He isn’t even supposed to be the one taking the measurements. And then they used those wrong measurements to cut the sink hole out. It was a proportionally small sink for the size of the vanity top and it was not centered on the stone. We, of course, were not happy.2. The Sink size and measurements were never provided to us, even though we asked several times beforehand.3. Lou was the only person ever there that could help us despite the fact that we didn’t trust him.4. We Asked for our deposit back after the first failed counter because we didn’t want them working on our ones to anymore. Pat, the owner, stated that we should go to small claims court to get out money back. He wanted to keep the $250 that he charged for the cost of the measuring despite the fact that it was measured wrong. Very illogical.5. Pat was very clear that we were wrong and the stone was cut right.6. Pat stated that a $600 vanity is a waste of their time. Clearly, we would not go back to a place that doesn’t take ownership of their mistakes and attempt to fix them but blames the customer instead. I don’t think we ever heard an “I am sorry, we will fix this” out of anyone. Lots of errors and miscommunication in this company.7. For the second and final vanity top, the sales associate Lou did NOT listen to how we asked for the stone to be positioned. We were specific in that the light portion of the stone be at the front of the sink and the dark at the back. We got the opposite.

Bella Stone does Excellent Stone Counter Tops and Installation. They did my Pantry Counter Top and its very beautiful. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The only thing is, you dont have an actual schedule or timeline when your installation will take place. I highly recommend Bella Stone.

We purchased a beautiful remnant for a bathroom remodel. Lou was responsive, helpful, and informative. Bella Stone also came out to measure on short notice, and installed two days later as they said they would. The piece and accents are perfect, and look stunning. It was a great experience.

Most knowledgeable and courteous person I ever spoke to about kitchen counters, my new build kitchen was unfortunately not done by Bella and our counters are a mess, I called to find out some information and I was treated with such professionalism. I now tell everyone to check out Bella first before making your decision. I only wish we were lucky enough to have had them do our counters
