Hardly open at the times posted online/on their door. I often have to order the products online that I want because they rarely have them in stock. Only reason I stop in is because I live near this location.

Their hours are incorrectly posted not only on google but also on the door. They need to correct that because this is the 3rd time I’ve had to deal with inconsistency of their hours. There’s not many location especially for the specific things I’m looking for. It wastes my time when I am driving another 30 minutes to another GNC I know will be open at their posted hours because of this issue.

I dont understand how your store is closed when the sign in the window clearly states 6pm, and so does Google. Apparently they close earlier than whats stated everyone.

Wont be back in understand COVID-19 and all what it has come with. But I planned my trip and stops around the time they stated they closed on the website and they arent open. Website states 7 and 620 they were closed. Try turning off the open lighted sign next time.

When you go in, it’s like a hit or miss. I go here about 3 times a month, and only have an exceptional customer service experience when the foreign woman is working. The men really don’t care and rarely help..

I visited this store regulary to buy supplements for some health problems, and this store is in my neighbourhood. I liked this store, usually could find what I was looking for and prices were good. Service was good too. Unfortunately, during my last visit (05/26/2018) I found out that there were major changes in their reward system and it made my staying with GNC not affordable. My point were disappearing because I couldnt use them for what I used to buy like alternative medicine for my health problems, instead I was pushed to buy things I dont need. Although lately, fortunately, I started to receive personalised coupons for stuff I usually buy, and it gave me hope.

No one ever answers the phone. Every time I go in at 10 am before work, it is locked even though they put their operating hours at 10. Poor experience all together.

Not the biggest GNC, but tons of stuff. Today there were 3 workers and they were all helpful and pointed me in the direction of aloe vera.
