Mr. Guzman called me to make sure I was home and repaired and serviced my stove . nothing but positive from our meeting. Im not a relative just a customer!

I purchased a fridge and a stove, great price and they delivered right on time and on the day I wanted. I didnt have to do a thing since they brought the stove and fridge upstairs and connected my stove to the gas thing. Great service! the lady who was there when we went the first time was super nice too! I sent my friends and my moms friends over too! :)

My mom purchased washers and dryers, I wasnt able to get the names of the two gentlemen that came to deliver the appliances but they were extremely helpful, polite and completed everything very fast. I would highly recommend this store if youre looking for affordable appliances and great customer service!! I was missing an accessory and they went out of their way to provide me with the part.

I can confirm and agree with the people that have given this place a 1 star. I called to schedule a service for my mothers washer. Even though he gave me a time, he never showed up. Didnt even bother calling in advance to explain his situation. This is very unprofessional. My mom had to miss a day of work to wait for this person.

Why bother to make an appointment with this guy if hes not even going to show up. So unprofessional and irritating.

Great customer service. Went on saturday morning for a washer paid a reasonable price and they came and installed it the same day. Very quick instalation and they hauled away the old one for me and my husband. We were very happy with their service.

Got fridge from there. Good deal, quick delivery. Had to haggle a little to get 10% off.

He scheduled but never showed up. Not even a call back to say he was running late or anything. What kind of business runs like that? Not professional at all.

Showed up to fix fridge in half an hour, quicky changed the part, and got a good deal

Dont use this guy he doesnt knowhow to diagnosed the problem he just wants to take your money and hell try to sell you one of his used machines

Never showed up for his appointment, even though I called him to confirm that he was coming and he stated that he would be at my place at certain hour, he never did and did not even called to apologize. This happened twice by the way.

He is a very irresponsible person. He makes an appointment and does not arrive - nor does he call to say that he will not arrive. This is considered an inability and unwillingness of a person to fulfill their obligation.
