I purchased via eBay a right tail light instead of left! Didnt discover the error for more than a month. When I called, they were terrific about expediting the correct part. Really courteous and helpful. AND, the price was $250 less than my local body shop was quoting!

We ordered a tail light through Amazon with this business. When we received the part, it was the wrong part. We notified them through email and they asked us to take pictures of the box and item as though we didnt know what we were talking about. So after the photos were taken and sent, we were told when the item is in the mail they would issue a refund. So then after we did that he then said he would issue the refund after they receive it and inspect it.It seems that they really dont want to refund any money. We held up our end of the deal, now they should also.Just from this experience I would NEVER do business with them ever again. I recommend to anyone to NOT do business here either. Take your business elsewhere. The gentleman that does the Amazon orders for them, had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!WORST business ever!!!

Ordered a part through eBay to pick up at shop customer service was great the staff was friendly only downside is its not really an office for the public which is fine just wish I had a heads up i wouldve stopped somewhere else to use the restroom.

This seller is dishonest and unethical - did not refund a tracked returned part.
