An honest mechanic! What a rare find. I came here by myself thinking I needed a brake change. I explained why I believed I needed this and he reviewed. He said that my brakes looked new. Just to be sure he took off the tires and checked again. He wouldnt take any payment for this (but I still tipped). I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs!

Excellent customer service!I found them on Google when i was searching for mechanics in Southgate.I see why they have 4.4 stars!They take their time and make sure everything is right and they make sure you know EVERYTHING thats going on with your car.José and Pepé are very nice and honest.They go above and beyond!José texted me each time they completed a repair. There were several things that needed to be done to my car and he didnt just fix them and charge me; he asked about each issue to make sure I wanted them repaired right then and offered the option of getting it done then or bringing the car back at a later date.I usually pick up all of the needed parts and pay the mechanics for the labor because its usually cheaper, but I didnt this time and it ended up being CHEAPER when THEY got the parts!I was extremely pleased with my car and the level of great service and professionalism from Rapid Auto Repair. Charged me less than half the price of what Firestone wanted to charge me and did fantastic work on my car.

Pepe is a very good mechanic hes always trying to fix your problem with reasonable prices he really tries to work with you ive been goin with him for the past 5 years and will continue to do so.

((( THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY DON NOT FIX YOUR CAR ))) do not come to this terrible place .. went to fix my breaks 1 month ago and started making noise one week after and I took the car and they said they will fix it but that I need to bring the car another day it has been 3 weeks and the Manager or the owner is never in.. the one who can authorize and order the new brakes...

Very poor service, I take my car for a water pump problem and it takes 7 weeks to solve the problem I do not recommend this workshop.Less than 2 months have to write the previous comment. And it was more than proven that my car was filthy work. I charge $ 2,500 for the work you did to my Bmw and it is failing the same.
