I’m a hot Wheels collector worse store to come in morning there’s never nothing in the mornings I think toy manger takes out toys for someone she knows or she making money too because when I come next day there’s cars out. I asked the toy Manger if there’s hot Wheels like always she says no that’s everything timeTarget please fix that problem

Fast pick up, curbside was a breeze less than 5 minutes from arriving to getting product.

This location is huge and has a vast inventory. There’s plenty of grocery options along with a large wine selection. There is also a Starbucks inside. The location is clean and the customer service is excellent.

Came in for a drive up order, and Patrick was very polite and did a great job. A good greeting and farewell go a long way.

Super easy and friendly staff. Online order through the app and to pick up at the store was very easy and I recommend to anyone do the same. This target is nice staff. Clean and love how they organize everything so pleasant to the eye. Had good trip to the store

The convenience of online ordering and being able to pick up within hours. The feature to let them know youre on your way way they can have your items ready when you arrive.

I made it inside 20 minutes before closing time, i waited in line about 14 minutes.. once I paid I realized I forgot a loaf of bread and although they were still helping customers in the line and there was still people shopping around they didnt allow me to get bread, the lady that stopped me used the walkie talkie to get the managers approval once she knew it was bread i needed and the manager said i had to come back tomorrow at regular business hours... that would have been my kids breakfast in the morning but of course they didnt care, they just needed to get rid of everyone to leave... i was inside, its not like i was outside asking to come in to buy after the doors were closed... Extremely careless and unprofessional... Im really disappointed

Easy drive up shopping. Wonderful and convenient

This target is not clean, or organized. I went last night to buy wipes and formula for my daughters but their ailes were empty and messy.It was not busy but yet it was disorganized.I dont like complaining and typically love target. Its my go to, but this location will definitely not be that to me.

There is no school uniform and if they were there’s only sizes 10-12 and 5-6 and no 9-10,8-9 terrible and the service is so bad😡

The worst costomer service I called through the phone to see avalibility for some headphones and they awnsered and hung up on me after 4 minutes that I was on the phone and then i called again because I was so mad. The store had great music supervisory selections playing as I arrived, and I was impressed with the size and spaciousness of the store, along with the selections of items and inventory that was available. Shopping at the various area Target locations proves to be a retail treat, in discovering unique deals, at times, and, at other times, to get the particular item that I need, for the fact that its just right (or just well enough) for my purposes.

Young lady helped me was very nice and made sure I had my order correct and when she couldnt find one of my items she looked up in her inventory and saw she another one on sales floor for me

$10 off if you buy $40 dollars of pajamas, used the bar code,got charged more, the price was rounded off,

I was holiday shopping and i had a 20 dollar gift card ..but i left it at home the guy at the counter explained to me that i could pull up the target app on my phone and use the gift card from there they scanned my phone and i was able to use the gift card pretty darn cool very helpful i also randomly found a copy of Zelda Ocarina of time for the Nintendo 3DS it was 7.50 !! i think the guys name was Erick very helpful person ! made my holiday shopping very easy

Bathrooms are disgusting in this location & the guy cleaning them was so not polite & took only five minutes cleaning them & told me it would take 30 minutes. I’m pregnant & just had to use it quick

Tell my why employees are using the same dirty Microfiber towel to clean the monitors after every customer. Youre just Re-wiping germs all over.... whatever you wiped the first time, germs are still on the towel...second time germs are back on the monitor

Quick and easy.

Came in very quick despite the crazy traffic outside of the store to grab some airpods. luckily they were in stock and the cashier Yozhua M. was so helpful and nice! helped me with apple care in a quick amount of time and had nice little conversation with him as well. Helped me with info on how to get out of the crazy parking lot as well lol!

Only one cashier open at 11:00 am with a long line of guest. The manager didn’t even bother to step to help with line. All she did was proceed to ask for more bags which is not what is needed at the moment. They need more cashiers not just one who clearly doesn’t understand the process of getting guest in and out. It’s so bad that I want to jump on a register and help out but as guest they should never run through ones head. Sadly that is the current circumstance.

Target sucks, self checkout system so slow

I have always received good customer service. I have no complaints, I have also found everything I have needed. Most importantly with what we are going through with the pandemic they have taken the well-being of the client seriously.

Is a good store lots of things on stock friendly young people lots of parking spots has a Starbucks fresh fruit 🍎 they even have fresh meat I love Target 🎯 my South Gate store 👍👍😎 congratulations Team Target.

I love target. It is clean and all the team members are friendly. Unlike Wallmart where everyone is rude. Target gives its customers a good atmosphere.

Ive always loved Target! I love most everything thats offered, and I especially love the deals.

I love Target bu this location is always so busy and the parking situation is HORRIBLE. Took me 15+ min to get out of the parking lot the other day. If you come here in the afternoon or on a slow day its great.

This location has most items available most of the time but when theres hot items itll be impossible to find. The store is always presentable, clean, fully stocked, and the items are easy to find. Their customer service is great and employees walking around are very courteous and greet customers as they shop.

I love target, they have everything I need and more.

Horrible, it use to be better before it was remodeled. Now they only have one cashier open and the self service. The line was long and they wouldn’t open another cash register. People in line were getting upset. The one register person was taking her sweet time as well. Horrible, Horrible

I love everything the quality, availability and service are amazing. First time using the target pick up and it was a great experience my item was ready before the 2 hour wait time and the employee that hbrought my order to my car was really friendly. Would definitely be using this service more often.

I come a lot here. I find everything I need in just one stop. Groceries, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, baby kids and adult clothes. Anything you need and good prices.Best of it, it doesnt matter what time you go they have lots of cashiers open. No long lines. You are in and out.Its always organize and clean.

This is one of the most convenient store in the area. Well arranged and has a massive selections as well.

Your employee Patrick (usually works in self check-out) is the best employee I have ever met at any Target and is 100% the reason I will continue coming to this location.

Selection here is a hit or miss. The grocery section is good they carry an array of items. As with any target it depends on where they are located. But that being said its a huge location service is okay at best but what makes up for it is the cleanliness of this location.

My self checkout cashier today was Patrick. He really did an amazing job helping me. He went above any beyond for me, even gave me a fist bump!

This store has always been reliable when it comes to finding something new or something you need. Stock is however a bit pricey for what it offers and the store can be a bit messy. The employees however, are extremely nice and will help you find what you need.

I called to ask a very simple question... if there is a particular item available at the store said online only... and made a big fuss..about what’s my question?. just trying to figure out how to return an item that is now featured online only! Don’t call there customer service number ... no help

Target has the best holiday deals.

Whenever I come here I do stock up on a lot of stuff to eat I pretty much fill up the cart and I always feel unwelcomed because Im pretty sure of how I look probably like I cant afford anything right? not everyone is going to get all dressed up to go to target, these employees shouldnt judge on looks and should always make you feel welcomed and not make me feel like a thief! I always looked back at them just in case they walk up to me so I can show them my receipt in their face the cashier was the only nice one there. And always low stock in the beauty area very disappointing store unfortunately its the only one near i live so please fix your customer service.

As most people I love target. This is the second target closest to me (closest is in downtown LA, so I steer clear). I love target, I really do. If you go on a weekday (except Friday) everything will be fine. My issues comes up on holidays, this target serves a highly populated area. If you happen to go on a Saturday shelved can be completely empty. I am a mom so that means no diapers, no formula no nothing. They seems to have a good amount of staff so maybe they dont have a set system to make sure everything is stocked well. Besides this I never have issues with return or exchanges and even with crowds lines move at a decent pace.

Its easy and fast to order and pick up.

I really love Target. I typically have great experiences, the stores are neat and welcoming. However, I have also had negative experiences, which I know is inevitable.

Our cat needed cat litter and we were a bit lazy to go to the store at 11:30 at night after a nice dinner so I placed an order on the target app at the restaurant with the option to pick up and to my surprise it was so easy. We literally drove up to the designated area and there was a Target staff member already at our door. This probably took 20 mins from ordering to driving to the store and picking it up. You pay on the app when placing the order so no money exchange is needed. We loved it! What a bright idea.

Great customer service. As soon as i walked in I was greeted by every employee there, even as I was walking thru the aisles everyone was so attentive. I loved how the managers had their team moving around quickly to try and assist every customer. Great team work. And by the way the store was clean and well organized.

The staff are very nice even through the virus. It is appreciated that they are holding a positive appearance in these hard times.

Its a busy Target but usually the lines are shorter and faster than other Targets in the LA area. This is probably indicative of good store management.The shopping center has a few other stores including a very busy El Super - with a shared parking lot. That coupled with the extremely congested streets Firestone & Garfield can make parking and getting in and out a chore in the afternoons & evenings.

This Target is clean and well-stocked. The staff is generally helpful. I have been here many times over the years. The only issue is with the location. Seems like occasional solicitors who tend to hang out in the parking lot.

Distance its close to home

I went to go buy a book and by accident I had left my phone at the first self-checkout register. I went to my car ad less than 5 minutes i went back to look for my phone. A family had told me that the lady in charge of that area had my phone. I asked her about my missing phone and she said that she had left it under a binder. She showed me and it wasnt there, so she sent me to guest services. I asked the women there and they said that no one had dropped off my phone. In the end, they checked the security tapes telling me that a little boy took my phone. That I couldnt see the security footage. I told them that I understood that I had left it, but the employee admitted that she took my phone after I left it, but that someone else took it. They were rude, they took a while to check the tapes, and they recommended me to go to the police station to file a report. Other than that there was nothing that they could do. Worst store ever...!
