Super friendly employees. The cheese here is really good but expensive. I always asked 2-3 $10 of cheese. Plenty of parking space. Just remember to grabbed a number if theres people in there. Plus they always give you a free sample bag. When you order something.

Maloneys. South gate steak . was good. Had good beefy flavour. Cooked it on the gas grill. Gas does this steak no justice. Next cook will be on charcoal. I will be back for more??👍

Ive been coming here since I was a kid. Thats about 26+ years. The quality of the meat is always amazing. You truly get the best prices for the quality. Most of the butchers have been here for years and they cut your meats exactly how you tell them. They have great service.. I remember how we use to get our lil ham and cheese in our bags.

Good quality an excellent service

Amazing service. There was a small line outside but i was in and out in only about 10 minutes. Staff is incredibly friendly and while waiting in line a nice worker came out and offered ice cold water bottles to all guests which was great with the current weather. Products are also high quality and taste great

I find that people overrate this place. If you want real meat go to meat the butchers or somewhere online better. This is just like any other meat market. They dont have prime steaks or anything special, its kind of a get in and get out situation here. Looks cool outside but inside is just like any other meat market. Nothing special.

There was only four people inside and my mother wasn’t let in, she’s handicapped and it was extremely hot outside, the cashier has a bad attitude.

I love Maloneys steaks. They are always tender and juicy. I buy them pre-seasoned and put them on the grill and have myself an amazing dinner. I would recommend Maloneys to anyone who wishes to have a very good meal.

This is hands down one if the best meat markets in Los Angeles hands down, any cut of beef, pork, chicken . Angus certified beef.

Quality wise is great plenty of parking and good customer service... JUST AVOID GOING ON MONDAYS GETS TO OVECROWDED AN EMPLOYEES SEEM TO BE SLOW MAYBE CUZ THERE CLOSE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY

Maloneys is the greatest place to buy fresh meats, in particular the South Gate steaks every BBQ I am always asked to stop by and pick the meat. Awesome staff.

I am a truck driver I made a delivery to this place and everybody here is so nice. They gave me a bunch of lunch meat and cheese after I bought the best pork rhinds I ever had.

Maloney’s has very good quality of meat but most important they have the best employees staring with Angel he did his job very well and beyond

The best meats in the area. Great for grilling and normal cooking. The lunch meats and cheeses are of great taste and quality. I used to live down to Street and would frequent the location as much as possible. Ever since relocating to Miami, I miss this place. I grew up in the city of South Gate, CA. Ive been enjoying the quality of Maloney Meats since it was a branch of Farmer Johns in the 70s & 80s. Mr. Maloney is a great humanitarian and wonderful human being. The meat is superv. Ive lived in Orange County as an adult, yet still drove 40 minutes on Saturday to buy my meat their. Once youve had Maloneys South Gate Steak you will see why the drive is worth it. The staff are a family, working together for as far back as I can remember. The wait is long but worth it. I live in Westwood now, and I am still going to Maloney meats for our meals.I wouldnt go anywhere else.
