Went to snag a deal a deal advertised on OfferUp. Admittedly I was a little skeptical and expecting “the catch”. Shop owner seemed honest and deal was as advertised. We discussed my build out plans and he made great suggestions for everything I would need. I wasn’t prepared to spend more than the amp I came to buy. He was understanding of that and offered his in house financing, did not pressure or use any “uses cars man” type tactics. I felt comfortable declining, he even said he would honor the deal the next time I come back in. To begin with I don’t know why they have such good ratings when this is possibly the worst place you can get work done at. Took my truck to get a full sounds system and the guy sold me a part that my truck “supposedly” needed. I payed way over retail for it just to realize that they put me a Chinese part that wasn’t even original. Also, beware of the owners son Joseph he’ll finesse and play any customer at any chance he gets. I was even told by the workers it isn’t the first time he takes advantage of people. Good workers and equipment but horrible owner!!!!

Honestly worst service ever. i was supposedly getting hooked up ended up even charging me 80 dollars for screws also took there word and bought a new epicenter since they said my epicenter didn’t work thats when things started to get sketchy since i knew mine was working perfectly fine before. had to make them show me if my epicenter was working it magically happen to work, didn’t even need a new one joseph, son of the OWNER has no type of customer service even wanted to fight me after i confronted him about the issue i wouldn’t recommend people to come here worst experience ever joseph will lie to you and talk to you on to buying something you dont even need and if u do come double check there work and make sure they installed what u paid for

I’ve been here before and got some stuff installed on my 2009 Honda accord and it’s been working great from then I came back today I got my full JL Audio system on my 2020 new Honda Accord and I got the best price in town and definitely the best install job I highly recommend this placeAnd five stars to my boy Alex he’s the man.

I went inside the store on a thursday and i went asking for prices and the there was a guy trying to take advantage of me selling me stuff 2 times the price like an example a pioneer head u it 1770 model it cost 300 and he told me that it cost 600 but he would leave it for 500 so thats 200 so judge by yourself and also he tryed selling me some db speakers for 400 and i check online and cost 180-190 so beware and his name is tony

I was looking for a place to buy a new stereo. Took an look on google and this place was near by. Glad I stopped by. The staff was really helpful and they showed me all the pioneer stereos that had apple CarPlay since I have an iPhone. The financing was quick and I have 90 days to pay. The installation was quick and I just waited at the coffee shop across the street. It feels great to have a new touch screen! I’ll highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a new stereo.

This shop is the shop Ive been looking for!!I came to DJ Custom Audio to get my stereo wiring and LC7i redone after finding out the hard way, to be careful of who you get to install your equipment, if you know what I mean!! My installer George went over all of my equipment and wiring and gave me his recommendations and options for how to proceed. George did a fantastic job. Everything works flawlessly now. All of their materials that they used were high quality. All of their personnel were friendly and very helpful. Oh yeah, also want to thank Pete for his help also. Called got a price quoted of 220 and told to come in. But when I got there the price doubles to 380 because I needed a converter. ( Made sure to take a picture ) and than went to another location and got the exact same service done for 220 . Idk I think the first quote I got was the real one but once I came in shop they tried to take advantage of me... I mean I got all the same stuff including the ( extra ) they were talking about elswhere done. Today 8-1-20 just be careful make sure you dont get jooped..👊🏽I got this extra and installation for 220 💯🔥 just not here . They wanted 380I spoke with someone names Joseph there in store.

Love this place. I have always had systems in my cars and always a problem about a month or 2 down the line. This system has been in my car for a lil over 2 years and not a single problem. Thats called knowing what your doing and not offering Refurbished products as some places do as I found out.

This place saved me a trip to downtown. I needed a Bluetooth speaker and some lights for small family get together. My brother told me about this place and I decided to check it out. Glad I did! The sales people where nice and I was able to get a Bluetooth speaker and a light for the party for less than 200 bucks. They have good prices and a good selection and the staff was really helpful.
