Awfully rude.“I was wondering if I could return an item”“Do what?”“Return an item I bought the other day”“We don’t do returns or exchanges”“Oh I didn’t know, I wasn’t told”“We have to big signs clearly stating we don’t do returns or exchanges” with a nasty tone and attitude“Oh I didn’t see them”“Ok”Then I hung up, there were like so many ways the guy could’ve been more nice or tactful instead of making me feel like an idiot

Nice owner!This place should sell Carnival cigarettes because if it werent for the carnival in town causing a detour Id have never discovered this place after being disappointed down the street. But seriously, My only criticism is that they should expand their tobacco selection, high and low.

I bought a clean bong as a gift with an ash catcher with a removable perk, easy cleaning access. As soon as I got home to wrap it up one of the perks inside the ash catcher broke off easily. Only then did I notice another crack on another perk that wasn’t visible when I was looking at it in the shop. So beware the stuff there no doubt looks great but has me questioning the quality of it all that they offer may not be best. Plus no refund or exchanges (no less than 8 minutes after purchase), definitely won’t be going back even though I go their regularly for other things.

Tried asking a question on a vape battery i had got 2 days ago that wasn’t working anymore and got a whole attitude, bought another one because i really wanted to vape it only lasted me a few hours before that one started acting up too, worst shop with the worst prices, at least sell better quality items for the prices ..... WON’T EVER COME HERE AGAIN

Won’t ever come back and I don’t recommend rude employees. Can’t even ask a question with out getting attitude .

I like the service here because the employees actually know what theyre talking about and they want you to know they are there to help. Honestly, they are really cool people and just happen to be working there. All their glass is beautiful and unique.

They dont stand behind their products and rip people off by glueing together parts that were previously broken and putting them back on the shelf to sell as new... That is dirty business!!!!! Avoid this place by all means my friends

Small shop but very friendly as well, and when they dont have nothing on stock they always recommend other shops near by, so you wont go home with smoking your green ! Lol

Poor quality. Bong broke when I picked it up due to poor welds and he did not honor his word that all his products are good. All China glass and China nails. Bad for your health, just reasearch it. Buy american glass always and ask for proof.
