Always clean, friendly staff. The lines were outrageously LONG.It took 30+mins to get to the front.

It is my first choice to find anything I want. The prices are so awesome, their deals are great & just in general, it is the one store that has friendly employees & are always available to assist U when U need them. I love Wal-Mart, they really take care of all my needs there

It was alright. The prices are good. The problem is with the employees. My sister & I reported something and no one did anything about it.

This place was large,well lit and inviting. The staff ere helpful as were other shippers. And it was rather easy to fund things and easy to checkin....NOT A SINGLE KAREN IN SIGHT!

This is a good store with great prices, but just need more attention to customers, especially at the locked areas, after 20 - 25 min nobody showed up to help us.

First off I picked out a game for my brother to find that the price was incorrectly priced in a lock up and they refused to honor the price. The lines were insanely long and associates just flat ignore or give you attitude

It has pretty much anything you may need. Alot of the floor help dont really want to help you and not very friendly. But there are some who will help you with no problem. The long lines surprise me because they have Soo many employees simply chilling. The cashiers are pretty nice.

Walmart is getting better at having almost everything you need for your everyday life, minus major home improvements. Which makes it the best place to shop for all your other needs. Their self check outs also help with processing your own payments.

Not good at all. My handicap sister had to use the restroom but they had closed the womans down and would let anyone in but did not explain. The manager went to see what was going on. Please respect the handicap. (Southgate Wal-Mart California)

I moved new house one week ago andI need something to buy but I work Monday to Friday. I dont have a time to go shoppingBut today is wal mart open 6am. I have to go and back to. My house ad soon as possibleI bought a refrigerator and they deliver it today. And I finished shopping and returned my home. Good job.

Always convenient when I need to get something. Long lines but that is expected in a Walmart

This place is super super busy at all times. Why. Are. There. Never. Any. Carts! Supply more shopping carts! This is ridiculous! And the ones they do have are extremely worn! People who are arriving have to wait in the parking lot for other people to load their items so they can ask to take their cart. Its similar to searching for a parking space in a crowded parking lot. Also, this may not seem like an issue to other people but I dont speak Spanish and a few times when Ive asked employees where things are located they dont know any English. I tried out the Walmart grocery delivery service and placed 3 orders. Each time there were items missing. I honestly hate going here but its the closest to me. Im not even going to get into the looong checkout lines because that seems like something that cant be helped at this location. The employees seem jaded but havent been rude despite the craziness they deal with on the daily. Bottom line: get it together Walmart management.

Extremely extremely busy. Not enough cashiers available. Plenty of staff on floor all were very helpful and extremely polite. Even the cashier whom serviced our transaction was extremely polite and helpful.

Always here! Somewhat crowded most of the time. Beat the crowd by coming at opening, much better experience and more chances of them having your selection of items.

Place extremely unorganized, the outdoors/sports section is obliterated. Employees are missing from there. Kids riding the bikes up and down the aisles. The website shows you items in certain aisle but the store has them in separate locations. Pretty ghetto compared to other stores.

Decently clean, some thing were out of order however that’s understandable considering how packed it gets, and has great understanding employees.

Whatever. I got what I needed and got on about my business. If the businesses are continuously questionable there might be something wrong with the city or the town itself. Analysis about the quality of life from one neighborhood or one city/ town to the next really is important so you know what to expect and you arent surprised when experiences dont match your expectations.Some people or some entire towns might just need medication to help them focus and mind their own business. Adderall helps with focus. California has a whole lot of problems with most people on welfare, or some other type of public assistance, and having no job or no business. Men on welfare? Its a wonder California hasnt completely crashed.

Was going on in the toy section look a little on the empty side.. my kids use to love getting toy hear.. hopefully this gets fixed soon

Out of the 50 states I been to 30 of them and every state I been to has had a Walmart and a Walmart supercenter . It is a difference, now which one better to be honest I dont know but iLove them both . But if I had to choose, mines would be supercenter .

No shopping carts. We have to chase costumers to pick up the carts long lines to pay. But staff. Helpful and nice

The lines are always horribly long, they go all the way to the womans clothing section, making it impossible to look at all clothing racks without constantly saying excuse me or going around their carts. I know that this is a super center and the amount of people is always going to be crazy but putting more cashiers is a NECESSITY for everyone.Also the clothes were not organized on the shelves, I even saw clothes on the floor.So basically, the solution would be hiring more workers that way the long lines are taken care of AND the aisles and clothing department are stacked and tidy

Not sure why a soda is almost $4...my cinnamon roll pancakes looked disgusting. I sent them back. My side of sausage was not hot, I sent them back to be warmed up, they came back shrunken and not palatable. Customer service was good though.

Wal-Mart is always a great place to shop...IF your priority is on saving money. And I prefer to keep as much money in my pocket as possible.

It started off kind of bad in walmart. But i found a guy by the name of pierre to help me. I could not find 3 or 4 things and pierre took me to each item. He was very knowledgeable kind and a all around good guy. Wish walmart had more Associates like him

Now, Im not from the LA area, but this walmart in particular was... okay. Maybe because it seemed to be busy, but there was no one really cleaning the store. Eggs were left in the soda section, not refrigerated for who knows how long. Same thing with some of the desserts. The lines for the actual cashiers were kind of long. Carts werent being sanitized despite covid still being around. I dont know how the store usually is, but this walmart in particular was just okay. Its not the best but its not the worst Ive seen.

Some staff r nice but Overall subpar they have given me a lot of hassle for returning things on several occasions when there was really no reason to other than to overtly flex their inflated sense of power because they can but I take it in stride and after Im done dealing with them I just passive aggressively extract my revenge by creating an unsightly mess in difficult to access or high trafficked area

Extremely packed on a Saturday at 8PM. There were no carts, I had to follow people to their cars to get a cart. The store was a mess, areas were blocked off. Aisles were not clear. Each register had long line. I was in an express line for forty minutes. I don’t know why it was so busy, maybe they were understaffed.

This place can get pretty packed. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the best days to shop if you do not like busy areas. If not shop around 9am-1pm any day because around that is busy time. The deals cannot get better. Almost all the registers are always open because of how full it can get. Customer service has its good and bad days just like any person. Regardless itll have the items you need at an affordable price and is in the middle of several cities.

They dont pickup the carts so not only do you have ring up your own groceries but you also work part-time collecting carts for them

Need improved leadership managing carts back from parking lot. Seems to be a consistent theme with no carts available entering store. There is clearly enough staff...use Target as a benchmark.

Bought a vacuum power Express dirt devil. It was under $25 so not bad of a price. This is my second vacuum because I did get insurance on it, it lasted me six months. lets see how long the second vacuum will last

Walmart Prices Are The Freaking Best (My Opinion)

Super store wall-mart. It opens till late midnight. Everything is cheap and reasonable quality. When i visit at around 10pm, i saw mostly off-work customers with their family shopping their needs. I also noticed that the security guy taken down shoplifters and brought him outside, shaken the guy’s body to reveal many stolen item such as watches. The guy walked out with angry and swearing to all people nearby.

The lock items up and then make you wait more than half an hour. Every associate you talk to just tells you its not their responsibility and wont even help you by trying to call someone. I dont have the key is all you hear. Poor customer assistance

We need more Walmarts Super Stores around here in LA. Not to many places where you can almost shop for the entire household, from groceries to apparel for the whole family... Going to be a missed venue in the Neighborhoods.

Very spacious and got everything I wanted

This Walmart is not as nice as others Ive been too. Some employees were rude when asked where things were. Place was unorganized, but I understand due to the amount of people that were shopping. Sections were closed earlier than the time they close. Not an overall good experience.

I buy pet supplies here, they have a good variety and prices.

I love coming to this store instead of the one in south gate with way closer too me, I didnt like how customer service handle my issue. So I went to the store and scanned a kitchen aid mixer and decide to take it because it was priced at $190 rollback and On my receipt it came up to $ 276 .I have screenshots of the price check and timestamp of proof of the time and day . After some days I went back and I wasnt satisfied with the help by just getting a it should have been done that same day you bought it.

Yesss!! My go to Walmart!! Honestly don’t mind abit of a drive to this location in South Gate. Probably the only Walmart employees that aren’t rude and they are ALWAYS nicely stocked. Recommend this location.
