The staff needs to be trained the same. Sometimes its Amazing, sometimes mediocre, and sometimes terrible. The Taro Typhoon is amazing! (When prepared well)

I love the drinks here...Id give it a five but 75 pecent of the time that i go, theres always hairs on the side/top of my drink nothing major but its happened quite a few times particularly wavy-curly hair i hope that they can put their hair up in a bun not just in a pony tail.

Sometimes some staff are not customer service friendly, they always look like annoyed because it’s Always busy, last time I paid extra for boba in my drink and I didn’t get it I went back and the girl seemed annoyed by her mistake then she put the boba on top of my drink.

Everything here is bobalicious guys, anything you order here is fire.

Great customer service and quick with the orders. Despite the situation with Covid-19 the staff still had positive attitudes. Ordered the strawberry sunrise with honey boba and it was delish. Def will go back.

I absolutely love their mixed drinks. The first Ive tried had the juiciest jelly I have had. I had no idea jelly could be that way I kept thinking it was actually fruit. I definitely recommend everyone go and try something out.
