I called to see if they had a certain product on hand, they said they did. When I drove down to pick it up they closed a half hour earlier that is displayed on their signs outside and advertised online! I ended up driving down to this GNC for the man to tell me he closed 30 minutes early after I JUST got off the phone with him and said I was coming! As of 03/16/21 I won’t be coming back to this GNC! CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO 8pm if that’s when you really close!

This place deserves a 0. Curly haired guy was so condescending saying gnc does not have a price match guarantee. Even though their website states it clearly. I’ve never had this problem at a gnc before. Total rip off

The customer service at this location was horrible. I didn’t get asked what i needed and the guy was just staring out the window and when a question was asked, he simply replied with a super short answer. Never again will i go there.

Dam you better come to this store with already knowing what youre going to buy. 3/20/19 6:35pm the guy working here. I asked if there was a powder protein for the equivalent of the C4 on the go drink. So he shows me and starts walking away, I quickly ask about the other C4 bottles. He says oh thats to burn calories different stuff. I asked him do you have more pre-workout supplies? he just says yes we have plenty brands. I waited like 5 seconds for him to show me! ....nope he walks to the register again. Keep in mind the store is empty at this hour... Know what youre buying ..dont ask he wont explain.2nd Visit 3-24-197:50 store was closed before the time posted ....

If I could give a zero, I DEFINITELY would, staff here is horrendous. I walked in and immediately felt unwelcomed. Not coming here again, I dont mind driving an extra 3 miles to the next one.

They never have specials like other GNCs terrible costumer service and they never give samples
