They just decided to pa e the front with out letting anyone know and they dont provide accessThe manger Denis is unresponsive I will be moving out.They had numerous break-in in the last couple of months and instead of upping the security they removed the access hours

Start off with the star, they get one simply because there is no such thing as 0 zero stars. Their service and security is a joke. They work in a way that when my trailer was stolen, cameras just so happen to not be working. To this day Im still waiting on the manager to let me know if theres footage. The business hours are a joke anyone comes in and out whenever they want tailgating happens with every car. Police state this is one of the worst places to store your things. Theres always theft and management has done nothing about it. My 14 foot trailer was driven off the lot and they could not help me to figureout what truck, large truck, managed to take it . Stay away from this disgrace of a business.

The worse customer services. Girls working there overcharging storing size fee. Also they not allow to get your own lock. If you want to rent there you have to buying the using lock. And they selling a 25 dollars. And home depot price is 10.95. I very disappointed how this place steals your money. In the top of the if you dont buy insure, you cant rent the space. I move my office furniture as emergency because I did not found a good office location. definitely I wont go back there and not recommended to public.

Margie was awesome and very helpful. I did not know that online reservations were still on a first come first serve basis so when I arrived the size I wanted was no longer available. Margie suggested other public storage locations to fit my needs or getting the next size. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service and getting the next size at this location actually fit my needs better. Thank you Margie for a great experience.

To begin I spoke to the manager named Laura on the phone with the intention of gathering information. As I spoke to her she asked me what size I was looking for and by when would I like the storage unit. She was able to tell me in detail, as well as simplified how big the storage unit were with a friendly and knowledgeable attitude. She was very detailed with her responses to my questions and even provided extra information. I love this because it allowed me to find what I needed without having to fish for information.

DO NOT store your stuff here they stole all my stuff !! I used one of the locks that they sold to me and had all my stuff stolen (the lock was still intact) and the cameras do not work. It had to be one of their workers. Please don’t store your stuff I can’t stop crying

I bought a large (2 semi loads) deal that was stored at this facility about a month ago. Could not have had a better experience with the facility. Julie and Jose were WAY above and beyond service oriented!! Not only were they extremely helpful but their attitude and customer service was top rate.I definitely would refer anyone of my friends or business associates to this location.
