Both times, car was repaired quickly, staff took their time explaining what the repair consisted of and why it was necessary in a way a layman could understand.Found my new go to repair shop.

I genuinely dont know how there are good reviews for this automotive; maybe these reviews are from people that have a good relationship with the owner which there is nothing wrong with that. But I was a new customer checking for wheel and tire problems and I was informed that my wheels were bent and needed new ones which was claimed to cost $2000. I wanted a second opinion and these guys still charged me for $40. I went to Costco and they said my wheels were perfectly fine and said there was just ice. Go to Rons if you live near the area. My family has been going there for 2 decades. They give honest opinions and dont randomly charge their customers.

Been coming here for as long as I can remember. Steve is as honest as they come. He will not tell you something needs replacing when it doesnt need it yet. He will however let you know ahead of time that something will need to be addressed in the future. Thats why I drive from Springfield to South Hadley for my service. I very highly recommend Pages Automotive.
